本实用新型提供一种具有自适应功能的无心磨床,它包括有电机、砂轮、感应轴、抛光架、压板、调节轮,其中,抛光架底部活动铰接在机架上,电机安装在抛光架一端,抛光架另一端安装有感应轴,电机通过皮带与感应轴一端连接,感应轴另一端安装有砂轮,位于传送轮一侧的感应轴上设有感应臂,压板两端紧压在感应轴一侧的抛光架上,调节轮安装在调节轴上端,调节轴下端穿过压板后啮合在机架上,调节轮与压板之间的调节轴上套装有弹簧。本方案的结构简单、自适应效果好、对棒料平直度要求低。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及磨床技术领域,尤其是指一种具有自适应功能的无心磨床。
背景技术
无心磨床,是不需要采用工件的轴心而施行磨削的一类磨床。是由磨削砂轮,调整轮和工件支架三个机构构成,其中磨削砂轮实际担任磨削的工作,调整轮控制工件的旋转,并使工件发生进刀速度,至于工件支架乃在磨削时支撑工件,应用无心磨削法磨削工件的旋转表面的磨床,通常指无心外圆磨床。在无心外圆磨床见图上,工件不用顶尖定心和支承,而是放在砂轮和导轮之间,由托板和导轮支承。砂轮一般装在主轴端部,宽度大于250毫米的砂轮则装在主轴中部,砂轮最大宽度可达900毫米。砂轮高速旋转进行磨削,导轮以较慢速度同向旋转,带动工件旋转作圆周进给。贯穿磨削时,通过调整导轮轴线的微小倾斜角来实现轴向进给,适于磨削细长圆柱形工件、无中心孔的短轴和套类工件等。切入磨削时,通过导轮架或砂轮架的移动来实现径向进给,适于磨削带轴肩或凸台的工件,以及圆锥体、球体或其他素线是曲线的工件。现有的磨床大多存在结构复杂,而且削磨时对棒料的平直度有较高的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、对棒料平直度要求低的自适应无心磨床。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:一种具有自适应功能的无心磨床,它包括有电机、砂轮、感应轴、抛光架、压板、调节轮,其中,抛光架底部活动铰接在机架上,电机安装在抛光架一端,抛光架另一端安装有感应轴,电机通过皮带与感应轴一端连接,感应轴另一端安装有砂轮,位于传送轮一侧的感应轴上设有感应臂,压板两端紧压在感应轴一侧的抛光架上,调节轮安装在调节轴上端,调节轴下端穿过压板后啮合在机架上,调节轮与压板之间的调节轴上套装有弹簧。
所述的砂轮上方设有防尘罩。
所述的防尘罩上设有喷水管,喷水管的喷嘴与砂轮相配合。
本实用新型在采用了上述方案后,通过传送轮、感应臂、压板、弹簧以及调节轮的配合形成一自适应机构,对棒料的平直度进行自动感应和对砂轮高度进行自动调整,本方案的结构简单、自适应效果好、对棒料平直度要求低。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明,本实用新型的较佳实施例为:参见附图1,本实施例所述具有自适应功能的无心磨床包括有电机1、砂轮2、感应轴3、抛光架4、压板8、调节轮9,其中,抛光架4底部活动铰接在机架5上,电机1安装在抛光架4一端,抛光架4另一端安装有感应轴3,电机1通过皮带与感应轴3一端连接,感应轴3另一端安装有砂轮2,砂轮2上方设有防尘罩6,防尘罩6上设有喷水管11,喷水管11的喷嘴与砂轮2相配合。位于传送轮一侧的感应轴3上设有感应臂7,压板8两端紧压在感应轴3一侧的抛光架4上,调节轮9安装在调节轴上端,调节轴下端穿过压板8后啮合在机架5上,调节轮9与压板8之间的调节轴上套装有弹簧10。本方案通过传送轮、感应臂7、压板8、弹簧10以及调节轮9的配合形成一自适应机构,对棒料的平直度进行自动感应和对砂轮高度进行自动调整。

1.一种具有自适应功能的无心磨床,其特征在于:它包括有电机(1)、砂轮(2)、感应轴(3)、抛光架(4)、压板(8)、调节轮(9),其中,抛光架(4)底部活动铰接在机架(5)上,电机(1)安装在抛光架(4)一端,抛光架(4)另一端安装有感应轴(3),电机(1)通过皮带与感应轴(3)一端连接,感应轴(3)另一端安装有砂轮(2),位于传送轮一侧的感应轴(3)上设有感应臂(7),压板(8)两端紧压在感应轴(3)一侧的抛光架(4)上,调节轮(9)安装在调节轴上端,调节轴下端穿过压板(8)后啮合在机架(5)上,调节轮(9)与压板(8)之间的调节轴上套装有弹簧(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自适应功能的无心磨床,其特征在于:砂轮(2)上方设有防尘罩(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有自适应功能的无心磨床,其特征在于:防尘罩(6)上设有喷水管(11),喷水管(11)的喷嘴与砂轮(2)相配合。
