Abstract
本实用新型提供一种柔性太阳能电池组件,其包括从上至下依次层叠的相互间紧密连接的下层玻璃(1)、下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层(2)、半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池(3)、上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层(4)和上层玻璃(5);所述的太阳能电池(3)是非晶硅柔性薄膜太阳能电池或有机柔性薄膜太阳能电池,其能加工成具有弧形的结构不会出现碎裂,透光率为10%-40%,可同时满足加工性和透光率的要求。该柔性太阳能电池组件可用于全天景的汽车顶部。将柔性太阳能电池组件的电极与车载仪器的电路或蓄电池联通,可实现对汽车供电或蓄电,节约电能。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种柔性太阳能电池组件。
背景技术
近年来,随着太阳能电池技术的日益完善,其应用领域不断拓展。其中,车载太阳能电池已成为一个热点。车载太阳能电池产生的电能可以作为车内其它电子电器产品的能量来源,同时还可以对车载蓄电池进行充电,实现降低油耗,清洁环保的目的。目前,车载太阳能电池主要置于汽车顶部(中国专利CN1794472A),由于汽车顶部几何形状不规则,加之现有技术采用的太阳能板多为脆性较大的单晶硅或多晶硅电池,在集成加工过程中极易将太阳能电池板损坏。为解决上述问题,中国专利CN 101192630A采用拼装方法,即采用若干块小型太阳能电池板进行拼装,避开不规则几何形状区域。该方法对不同车型需要设计不同的拼装方案,增加了集成加工生产的难度。为避免采用拼装技术,中国专利CN101478011A提供了一种柔性太阳能电池组件及其制备方法,由于该工艺所使用的是柔性太阳能电池,避免制备弧形等复杂结构时对电池的破坏。但是,该方法采用7层结构的柔性太阳能电池组件,工艺复杂,同时该方法提供的组件中太阳能电池的下部仅有两层塑料,这使得组件在使用过程中容易因为划伤等原因而造成损坏。中国专利CN101973324提供一种5层结构的含有太阳能电池的夹层玻璃,该方法简化了结构并保护了太阳能电池片,但未明确公开所使用的电池片为柔性太阳能电池片。中国专利CN201511916U 提供一种在弧形透光板表面涂膜光转化太阳能电池薄膜的技术方案,由于透光板形状不规则,给太阳能电池制造带来很大困难。
另一方面,随着人们需求的不断扩展,一种全天景的汽车收到青睐。这种全天景的汽车顶部全部由透明或半透明玻璃组成,使得车内人员拥有更为广阔的视野。由于现有技术中采用的太阳能电池的多为单晶硅或多晶硅太阳能电池,透光率低,无法满足这类需求。中国专利CN201802257U提出采用薄膜太阳能电池的技术方案来解决上述问,同样,该专利中没有明确公开所使用的太阳能电池片为柔性太阳能电池。
发明内容
针对现有太阳能电池组件技术中没有同时满足加工性和透光率的问题,本实用新型提供一种柔性太阳能电池组件。
本实用新型提供一种柔性太阳能电池组件包括从上至下依次层叠的上层玻璃、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层、半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层和下层玻璃;所述半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池是非晶硅柔性薄膜太阳能电池或有机柔性薄膜太阳能电池。由于使用半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池,本实用新型提供一种柔性太阳能电池组件的透光率在10%-40%之间,可以同时满足加工性和透光率的要求,
本实用新型提供的柔性太阳能电池组件的制备方法的步骤和条件如下:
(1)将下层玻璃和上层玻璃加热软化后,用模具加工成所需形状;
(2)在成型后的下层玻璃的凸形外表面和上层玻璃凹形内表面分别粘贴下PVB层和上PVB层;
(3)将半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池置于分别粘贴有PVB层的下层玻璃和上层玻璃之间,电池与PVB接触,形成柔性太阳能电池组件原型;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的柔性太阳能电池组件原型在不大于100Pa的真空条件下,140-160oC预固化定型,然后再持续恒温2-4小时,直至完全固化,获得固化的柔性太阳能电池组件;
(5)为防水防尘,在固化的柔性太阳能电池组件四周使用密封材料进行密封,获得柔性太阳能电池组件。
本实用新型提供的柔性太阳能电池组件可以加工成具有弧形的结构,可以应用于全天景的汽车顶部,将柔性太阳能电池组件的电极与车载仪器的电路或蓄电池联通,即可实现对汽车供电或蓄电。
图2为本实用新型提供的柔性太阳能电池组件与车体集成的示意图。其中6为车体,7为作为全天景汽车顶部的5层结构的柔性太阳能电池组件。
有益效果:本实用新型提供一种柔性太阳能电池组件。一种柔性太阳能电池组件的半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池是非晶硅柔性薄膜太阳能电池或有机柔性薄膜太阳能电池,能加工成具有弧形的结构不会出现碎裂。由于使用半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池,本实用新型提供一种柔性太阳能电池组件的透光率在10%-40%之间,可以同时满足加工性和透光率的要求,
本实用新型提供的一种柔性太阳能电池组件,可以应用于全天景的汽车顶部。将柔性太阳能电池组件的电极与车载仪器的电路或蓄电池联通,即可实现对汽车供电或蓄电,节约电能。

具体实施方式
实施例1 如图1所示,一种柔性太阳能电池组件包括从上至下依次层叠的相互间紧密连接的下层玻璃1、下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层2、半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池3、上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层4和上层玻璃5;所述半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池3是非晶硅柔性薄膜太阳能电池或有机柔性薄膜太阳能电池。由于使用半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池,本实用新型提供一种柔性太阳能电池组件的透光率在10%-40%之间,可以同时满足加工性和透光率的要求,
本实用新型提供的柔性太阳能电池组件的制备方法的步骤和条件如下:
(1)将下层玻璃1和上层玻璃5加热软化后,用模具加工成所需形状;

(3)将半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池3置于分别粘贴有PVB层的下层玻璃1和上层玻璃5之间,电池与PVB接触,形成柔性太阳能电池组件原型;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的柔性太阳能电池组件原型在不大于100Pa的真空条件下,140-160oC预固化定型,然后再持续恒温2-4小时,直至完全固化,获得固化的柔性太阳能电池组件;
(5)为防水防尘,在固化的柔性太阳能电池组件四周使用密封材料进行密封,获得柔性太阳能电池组件。

1.一种柔性太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,包括从上至下依次层叠的相互间紧密连接的下层玻璃(1)、下聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层(2)、半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池(3)、上聚乙烯醇缩丁醛层(4)和上层玻璃(5);所述半透明柔性薄膜太阳能电池(3)是非晶硅柔性薄膜太阳能电池或有机柔性薄膜太阳能电池。
