Abstract
本发明公开了汽车能源领域的一种太阳能天幕玻璃,天幕玻璃包括外层玻璃和内层玻璃,外层玻璃和内层玻璃之间固定安装有太阳能发电装置;本发明完美的将太阳能发电玻璃技术应用至汽车玻璃天幕玻璃上,使用汽车玻璃胶合技术,将太阳能基板胶合在玻璃与玻璃之间,太阳能基板吸收太阳能热量进行发电,供应车子上的电子元器件。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车能源领域,具体地,涉及一种太阳能天幕玻璃。
背景技术
汽车的天幕玻璃安装在汽车的顶部,在晴朗天气时,汽车在无遮挡环境下几乎可以全天候的受到阳关照射,如此得天独厚的条件非常适合太阳能发电技术的应用。但是现有的天幕玻璃仅有遮阳,挡雨等基本天窗作用,天幕玻璃的功用没有得到进一步的开发。
因此,急需要提供一种太阳能天幕玻璃来解决上述技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能天幕玻璃,能够吸收太阳能热量进行发电,供应车子上的电子元器件。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种太阳能天幕玻璃,所述天幕玻璃包括外层玻璃和内层玻璃,所述外层玻璃和所述内层玻璃之间固定安装有太阳能发电装置。
优选的,所述太阳能发电装置与所述外层玻璃通过外层PVB胶合固定。
优选的,所述太阳能发电装置与所述内层玻璃之间通过内层PVB胶合固定。
优选的,所述太阳能发电装置为太阳能基板。
优选的,所述太阳能基板为晶体硅太阳电池片。
优选的,所述晶体硅太阳电池片通过铝合金框架支撑固定。
优选的,所述晶体硅太阳电池片安装于顶部为平面的汽车顶部。
优选的,所述太阳能基板为薄膜太阳能电池。
优选的,所述薄膜太阳能电池安装于顶部为曲面的汽车顶部。
根据上述技术方案,本发明完美的将太阳能发电技术应用至汽车天幕玻璃上,使用汽车玻璃胶合技术,将太阳能基板胶合在外层玻璃与内层玻璃之间,太阳能基板吸收太阳能热量进行发电,供应车子上的电子元器件。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供了一种太阳能天幕玻璃,天幕玻璃包括外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2,外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2之间固定安装有太阳能发电装置。
将汽车装配此太阳能天幕玻璃,处于阳光下,太阳能天幕玻璃中的太阳能发电装置吸收热量,热量经过转换产生电能,产生的电能可以供应汽车本身的电子元器件,例如车内照明,行车记录仪供电等。
优选的,太阳能发电装置与外层玻璃1通过外层PVB3胶合固定。
优选的,太阳能发电装置与内层玻璃2之间通过内层PVB4胶合固定。
优选的,太阳能发电装置为太阳能基板5。
太阳能基板5本身较薄,适合安装于天幕玻璃的夹层中。PVB是一种树脂,有强大的粘合性和优良的光学透明度,不仅可以将太阳能基板5牢牢固定在外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2之间,而且不会阻碍光照照射在太阳能基板5上。
优选的,太阳能基板5为晶体硅太阳电池片。
优选的,晶体硅太阳电池片通过铝合金框架支撑固定。
优选的,晶体硅太阳电池片安装于顶部为平面的汽车顶部。
晶体硅太阳电池片光电转换效率高,在室外阳光下发电比较适宜,而且晶体硅太阳电池片本身不适宜弯曲,所以适合安装在顶部为平面的汽车顶部。例如公交车、客车和厢式货车等,这些大体积的车辆顶部常常设置成平面状,适宜安装晶体硅太阳电池片。而且公交车、客车和厢式货车白天基本上都处于行驶状态,阳光照射充足,安装晶体硅太阳电池片可以最大程度的将光能转化成电能。
优选的,太阳能基板5为薄膜太阳能电池。
优选的,薄膜太阳能电池安装于顶部为曲面的汽车顶部。
薄膜太阳能电池可弯曲,适宜安装于顶部为曲面的汽车顶部。而且顶部为曲面的汽车一般为对美观要求比较高的小轿车。而且,薄膜太阳能电池不需要铝合金框架固定,相比于晶体硅太阳电池片安装后更为美观,安装在小轿车顶部更为贴切。再则薄膜太阳能电池虽然光电转化效率低,但弱光效应非常好,在普通灯光下也能发电,适用于常常停在阴凉环境下的小轿车,薄膜太阳能电池还可以供应汽车电瓶,在汽车出现缺电不能启动时,可作为应急选择。

另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

1.一种太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述太阳能天幕玻璃包括外层玻璃(1)和内层玻璃(2),所述外层玻璃(1)和所述内层玻璃(2)之间固定安装有太阳能发电装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述太阳能发电装置与所述外层玻璃(1)通过外层PVB(3)胶合固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述太阳能发电装置与所述内层玻璃(2)之间通过内层PVB(4)胶合固定。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述太阳能发电装置为太阳能基板(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述太阳能基板(5)为晶体硅太阳电池片。
6.根据权利要求5所述的太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述晶体硅太阳电池片通过铝合金框架支撑固定。
7.根据权利要求5所述的太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述晶体硅太阳电池片安装于顶部为平面的汽车顶部。
8.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述太阳能基板(5)为薄膜太阳能电池。
9.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能天幕玻璃,其特征在于,所述薄膜太阳能电池安装于顶部为曲面的汽车顶部。
