本实用新型涉及到剪板机，特别是剪板机的出料。
背景技术
卡兰是井下进行安全生产的一种用量较大的重要零件，矿区用的卡兰全部在机修厂加工。在加工此卡兰的过程中，下料是一道工作量较大的工序。在以往，卡兰下料是用气割将钢带切割成需要的尺寸。这样的下料方法效率不高，并且要耗大量的人力物力（氧气、乙炔）。由于机修车间的剪板机处于闲置状态，很少使用，于是决定采用剪板机来剪切卡兰料。但是将钢带剪切成需要的尺寸后，还需要人到剪板机里面将下好的料拿出来，很费劲，并且人在出料口处弯腰俯身常常碰头或者撞到剪板机部件，存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种剪板机下料辅助装置，可以方便轻松的将剪切好的卡兰收集起来。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种剪板机下料辅助装置，放置在剪板机出料口，包括基座和辊筒，基座为一楔形支架，其斜面上为辊筒。
剪切好的卡兰由于送料侧的推动而落到辊筒上，在自身重力和一定初速度的作用下沿着斜面滑入收集箱。
本实用新型结构简单，方便轻松的将剪切好的物料收集起来。
