本实用新型涉及一种板条简易弯曲装置。
背景技术
目前，机械制造中，常常会将板条如扁钢等弯曲成弧形结构，以前都是采用手工锻打制作，不仅效率低，且质量也难于保证。现在一般都采用机器来弯曲板条，但是一般的机器结构较为复杂，设备投资较大,不适用单件小批量生产。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种板条简易弯曲装置，其结构简单，而且可弯曲各种厚度的板体。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案：这种板条简易弯曲装置，包括工作台，工作台上设有弯曲模，弯曲模上通过连接轴连接转臂，转臂上设有压紧轮，并工作台上设有固定板条的定位块。
其中转臂的外端设有把手。这样便于抓手。把手可通过螺纹连接，以改变力臂长度。
其中转臂上开有槽体，其中压紧轮安装在槽体内。这样可内外调节压紧轮的位置，从而可以弯曲不同厚度的板条。
本实用新型有益的效果是：本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，操作简单，其中压紧轮可内外移动调节，弯曲不同厚度的板条，使用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
参照附图：这种板条简易弯曲装置，包括工作台1，工作台1上设有弯曲模2，弯曲模2上通过连接轴3连接转臂4，转臂4上设有压紧轮6，并工作台1上设有固定板条7的定位块5。其中转臂4上开有槽体4-1，其中压紧轮6安装在槽体4-1内。其中转臂4的外端设有把手4-2。
该装置由工作台1、弯曲模2、定位块5、转臂4、压紧轮6及连接轴3六部分组成。弯曲模2和定位块5固定在工作台1上，弯曲模2大小根据板条弯曲直径而定，定位块5开有定位槽；转臂4一端用连接轴与弯曲模2相连，使之能围绕连接轴3转动，同时转臂4上还装有能一定范围内调整位置的内含滚动轴承的压紧轮6，压紧轮6起导向及弯曲成形作用。为满足较宽或较厚板条弯曲成形，可将转臂4手持端做成伸缩状，以增加力臂长度。工作时，先将板条7插入定位块5定位槽中，根据板条宽度或厚度调整好压紧轮6位置，然后顺时针方向均匀扳动转臂4，这样一根板条就弯曲成形。
虽然本实用新型已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述，但是，本专业普通技术人员应当了解，在权利要求书的范围内，可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。

1. 一种板条简易弯曲装置，包括工作台（1），其特征是：所述工作台（1）上设有弯曲模（2），弯曲模（2）上通过连接轴（3）连接转臂（4），转臂（4）上设有压紧轮（6），并工作台（1）上设有固定板条（7）的定位块（5）。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的板条简易弯曲装置，其特征是：所述转臂（4）上开有槽体（4-1），所述压紧轮（6）安装在槽体（4-1）内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的板条简易弯曲装置，其特征是：所述转臂（4）的外端设有把手（4-2）。
