电弧炉炉盖三角区现多采用耐火材料预制三角区,工作中受电极辐射或高温烟气冲刷,电极孔会逐渐扩大,导致密封性差,炉内热损失增大,为了电极孔密封性良好,只有更换耐火材料预制三角区,这样又带来生产成本的增加。解决这一问题已成为急需。

为了克服现有技术的不足,设计一种置于耐火材料预制三角区和电极之间的密封装置,起到漂移式密封作用。漂移式电极密封圈外形为一圆环状体,由耐火材料浇筑而成。将本实用新型置于耐火材料预制三角区和电极之间,即可起到漂移式密封作用,使得电极孔密封性良好。
