背景技术
陶瓷窑炉是用耐火材料砌成的用以煅烧陶瓷毛坯或烧成陶瓷制品的设备。且耐火材料砌成的燃烧室的侧壁设置有烧嘴，烧嘴对燃烧室内进行喷射燃气进行燃烧。现有的窑炉的烧嘴包括空气进气管、燃气进气管、与空气进气管连接的烧嘴管和套装于烧嘴管外的烧嘴砖，烧嘴砖普遍采用浇注料浇注而成，长时间使用后很容易破裂，其使用周期短，吸热大，辐射热量多，更换也困难，而且断裂后对窑墙耐火材料有影响。
