技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种疏水系统,特别涉及一种吸收式热泵采用外置闭式带压疏水箱的疏水系统,是将驱动蒸汽换热后凝结成的高温饱和疏水,至闭式带压疏水箱,经疏水泵升压后送至凝结水系统的疏水系统。
背景技术
 目前,吸收式热泵的驱动蒸汽换热凝结成高温饱和疏水,为保证疏水泵安全连续运行且不发生汽蚀,通常设有一个开式疏水箱。因高温饱和疏水进入开式水箱后扩容闪蒸产生蒸汽,对环境造成严重的热污染,并损失了热量,同时疏水暴露在空气中,又被空气中的氧溶入,对设备和管道造成严重的腐蚀。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种采用了外置闭式带压疏水箱的疏水系统,解决了现有疏水系统存在的热污染大,热损失大和开式水箱的氧腐蚀严重的问题。
本发明是通过以下方案解决以上问题的:
一种采用了外置闭式带压疏水箱的疏水系统,包括吸收式热泵、外置闭式带压疏水箱和凝结水系统,吸收式热泵上连接有驱动蒸汽输入管,在吸收式热泵与外置闭式带压疏水箱之间连接有疏水管道,在疏水管道上设置有疏水器,在吸气装置的一个输入口与外置闭式带压疏水箱之间设置有吸气管道,在吸气装置的另一个输入口与外置闭式带压疏水箱之间设置有疏水管道,在疏水管道上设置有疏水泵,在吸气装置的输出口与凝结水系统连通。
所述的疏水泵为疏水升压泵。
本实用新型减少了对环境的热污染,延长了设备的使用寿命,适合在吸收式热泵机组中推广应用。

具体实施方式
一种采用了外置闭式带压疏水箱的疏水系统,包括吸收式热泵2、外置闭式带压疏水箱5和凝结水系统10,吸收式热泵2上连接有驱动蒸汽输入管1,在吸收式热泵2与外置闭式带压疏水箱5之间连接有疏水管道4,在疏水管道4上设置有疏水器3,在吸气装置7的一个输入口与外置闭式带压疏水箱5之间设置有吸气管道6,在吸气装置7的另一个输入口与外置闭式带压疏水箱5之间设置有疏水管道8,在疏水管道8上设置有疏水泵9,在吸气装置7的输出口与凝结水系统10连通。
所述的疏水泵9为疏水升压泵。
驱动蒸汽在吸收式热泵2内换热后凝结成高温饱和疏水,通过疏水器进入外置闭式带压疏水箱5。外置闭式带压疏水箱5扩容后产生的蒸汽进入吸气装置7凝结成水,外置闭式带压疏水箱5扩容后的疏水经疏水泵9升压后通过吸气装置7与蒸汽凝结水混合,一起进入凝结水系统10。
吸收式热泵采用外置闭式带压疏水箱的疏水系统的特点,全部回收了扩容闪蒸的蒸汽,彻底消除了热污染。疏水不再被空气中的氧溶入,减少了管路系统腐蚀,延长了设备使用寿命。与传统的开式疏水箱系统相比,全部回收了扩容闪蒸的蒸汽,彻底消除热污染。疏水不再被空气中的氧溶入,减少了管路系统腐蚀,延长设备使用寿命,适合在吸收式热泵机组中推广应用。

1.一种采用了外置闭式带压疏水箱的疏水系统,包括吸收式热泵(2)、外置闭式带压疏水箱(5)和凝结水系统(10),其特征在于,吸收式热泵(2)上连接有驱动蒸汽输入管(1),在吸收式热泵(2)与外置闭式带压疏水箱(5)之间连接有疏水管道(4),在疏水管道(4)上设置有疏水器(3),在吸气装置(7)的一个输入口与外置闭式带压疏水箱(5)之间设置有吸气管道(6),在吸气装置(7)的另一个输入口与外置闭式带压疏水箱(5)之间设置有疏水管道(8),在疏水管道(8)上设置有疏水泵(9),在吸气装置(7)的输出口与凝结水系统(10)连通。
