目前,普遍应用于抽油机井分层测试、采油作业的封隔器,电缆是不能从封隔器中穿过的,通常的办法是将泵下开关和普通两级封隔器连接在泵下,一次下井,下到预定位置后,地面打压释放封隔器,封隔器座封后,对该产层进行测试,测试完成后,上提管住,封隔器解封,整个管柱恢复下井状态,重复上述工序,对第二个、第三……个层进行测试,每次只能对一个产层进行测试,很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服电缆不能通过现有封隔器的不足,提供了一种封隔器过电缆机构,使用这种封隔器过电缆机构,电缆能够通过封隔器,地面设备与井下仪器通过电缆实现信号有线传输,地面打压释放封隔器,封隔器座封后,可以分别对多个不同的产层进行测试,从而实现了一次下井对不同产层进行测试。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:测井电缆穿过上接头、穿过主体侧内孔、穿过外筒侧孔,穿过内筒侧槽,上接头和外筒的缝隙通过密封圈密封,外筒和主体的缝隙通过密封圈密封,防转密封塞和主体之间的缝隙通过密封圈密封,依次把插有圆柱销的对开压垫、长胶圈、插有圆柱销的对开螺帽放入主体的侧内孔中,拧紧对开螺帽,长胶圈密封电缆,从而实现了电缆通过封隔器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:实现了电缆通过封隔器,安装、拆卸方便,维护方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中,圆筒形的主体11和限位套4依次套在外筒9的外圆柱面上,主体11、限位套4和外筒9的强度连接靠上接头1通过螺纹连接,上接头1和外筒9之间的缝隙通过密封圈17密封,外筒9和主体11之间的缝隙通过密封圈16密封,内筒10放入外筒9的内圆柱面中,2个防转键3插入内筒10和外筒9的长方形键槽中,目的是防止内筒10和外筒9的径向转动,拉紧螺母2与外筒通过螺纹连接,压紧螺母2把内筒10和防转键3轴向定位,防转密封塞15用于主体11和外筒9的轴向和径向定位,防转密封塞15和主体11之间的缝隙通过密封圈14密封,测井电缆穿过上接头1外圆柱面上的凹槽、主体侧内孔5,外筒侧孔12,内筒侧槽13,圆柱销18和圆柱销19插在一对半圆形状的对开螺帽6中,圆柱销20和圆柱销21插在一对半圆形状的对开压垫8中,把对开压垫8、长胶圈7和对开螺帽6,依次夹住电缆放入主体侧内孔5中,拧紧对开螺帽6,长胶圈7发生变形,夹紧、密封电缆。

1.一种封隔器过电缆机构,测井电缆穿过上接头、穿过主体侧内孔、穿过外筒侧孔,穿过内筒侧槽,其特征是依次把插有圆柱销的对开压垫、长胶圈、插有圆柱销的对开螺帽放入主体侧内孔中,上接头和外筒之间的缝隙,外筒和主体之间的缝隙,防转密封塞和主体之间的缝隙均通过密封圈密封。
