本实用新型涉及一种机械传动中的逆止装置，特别涉及一种逆止器。
背景技术
现有的机械传动装置中，为保证停机或停电时设备和人的安全，运转机件上有时需要安装逆止装置，例如，在传统的电动滚筒使用中，大都采用电机减速机配合联轴器直接驱动滚筒，完成滚筒的转动并带动皮带进行传动，因为其没有逆止装置，往往在输送较重物料时，电动滚筒在皮带的压力下反转，引起皮带打滑及电机烧毁，不利于生产及安全管理。所以，电动滚筒中也需要安装逆止器，但是现有的逆止器不同程度地存在着磨损快、寿命短、装配复杂等问题。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种磨损小、装配方便，且逆止效果好的逆止器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：提供一种逆止器，包括底座、星轮、包裹在星轮外部的固定外套、固定安装在星轮上的压簧，所述的星轮的外圆周分布有若干星齿，相邻的星齿之间设有滚柱，滚柱与固定外套的内壁相接触配合。
所述的星轮的外圆周均匀分布有6～14个星齿。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：本实用新型的逆止器，磨损小、装配方便、且逆止效果好，有利于保障安全生产。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行详细说明。
参照图1，是本实用新型优选实施例的逆止器，包括底座6、星轮3、包裹在星轮3外部的固定外套1、固定安装在星轮3上的压簧5，所述的星轮3的外圆周分布有若干星齿4，相邻的星齿4之间设有滚柱2，滚柱2与固定外套1的内壁相接触配合。
作为一种举例说明，所述的星轮3的外圆周均匀分布有6～14个星齿4。
作为一种举例说明，将本实用新型的逆止器安装在一个电动滚筒的主轴上，在电动滚筒的电机减速机通电后，主轴在动力的驱动下带动联轴器旋转，联轴器带动滚筒工作，此时连接在主轴上的逆止器因为安装时正向安装的原因，可以无阻力的与主轴一同旋转，当负载突然加大或者遇到停电等原因，突然给滚筒一个反向力矩时，因为逆止器的特殊设计结构，星齿斜坡处压在滚柱上限制了与主轴连接的星轮逆向旋转，以此阻止了电动滚动的逆向运动。

2.如权利要求1所述的逆止器，其特征在于，所述的星轮的外圆周均匀分布有6～14个星齿。
