电锤的结构特点与作业的特殊性使其在建筑、施工等领域被广泛应用,实际应用中,由于工况复杂,电锤有时会在运行过程中出现钻头卡死的现象,此时若不立即中止电机转子轴输出的扭力传输到钻头,就会在钻头上产生巨大的扭力甩伤操作人员,然而现有电锤并未对此作出合理的设计,有待于改进。
发明内容:
本实用新型的发明目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种可防止电锤在运行过程中钻头卡死时产生巨大扭力甩伤操作人员的摩擦片脱扣结构。
本实用新型的发明目的是按以下技术方案来实现的:
一种多功能电锤的摩擦片脱扣结构,包括小齿轴以及自上而下套装在小齿轴上的轴承、调整垫、传动齿轮、摩擦片、摩擦片垫片、碟簧和锁紧螺母,其中,所述碟簧通过所述锁紧螺母锁紧在所述摩擦片垫片上,所述摩擦片依所述碟簧的压力压紧在所述传动齿轮表面,所述传动齿轮与所述小齿轴间隙配合。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本实施例所述一种多功能电锤的摩擦片脱扣结构,包括小齿轴1以及自上而下套装在小齿轴1上的轴承2、调整垫3、传动齿轮4、摩擦片5、摩擦片垫片6、碟簧7和锁紧螺母8。小齿轴1与套装在气缸组件上的大锥齿相啮合,传动齿轮4与电机转子轴传动连接(图中未示意)。碟簧7通过锁紧螺母8锁紧在摩擦片垫片6上,摩擦片5依碟簧7的压力压紧在传动齿轮4表面,传动齿轮4与小齿轴1间隙配合。其工作原理是:当电锤在运行过程中钻头被卡死,即小齿轴1固定不动,此时电机转子轴输出到传动齿轮4的扭力大于碟簧7对摩擦片5的压力,而脱开与摩擦片5的配合,使电机转子轴输出的扭力不再传输到钻头,以防止钻头上产生巨大扭力甩伤操作人员。
