    本实用新型涉及机械加工零部件领域,尤其涉及一种电锤连杆。
背景技术:
该产品在锻造上为异型件产品,锻造容易但制坯较复杂,在原有锻造工艺上一付模具一次只能锻造一件产品,所以班产量较低.根据现实情况,我公司通过技术改进,在一付模具上一次锻造出两件产品,工艺更改后,效果得到了明显的改善:
一、        班产量得到了明显提高。
二、        降低了模具成本(耗模少)。
三、        缩短了交货期。
采用新的工艺以后,以往的造型就不适合采用现在的工艺进行制造,需要提供一种新的结构来解决这一问题。
实用新型内容:
    本实用新型的目的就是提供一种电锤连杆,解决采用新的工艺以后,以往的造型就不适合采用现在的工艺进行制造的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种电锤连杆,包括杆体:杆体为长条形,杆体前端具有一大圆盘,大圆盘中央开有大通孔,杆体后端具有一小圆盘,小圆盘中央开有小通孔,大小圆盘之间的杆体上表面和下表面均具有凹陷腔。
所述杆体表面覆盖有氧化皮,厚度不大于0.04mm。
