研磨加工作为一种常用的精加工方式,通常用于对精度要求比较高的管道内壁进行精加工,加工时需要对工件进行精确定位,否则加工精度难以保证。

本实用新型针对现有技术中的上述问题,提供一种研磨内孔加工定位工装,其结构简单,操作简便,加工精度高。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:
研磨内孔加工定位工装,包括定位轴,定位轴上套有研磨套,定位轴的外圆及研磨套的内壁均为锥形且具有相同的锥度比;研磨套上带有存砂槽。
本实用新型的优点在于:在定位轴上套有研磨套,研磨套的内壁及定位轴的外圆均为锥形且具有相同的锥度比,可使研磨套与定位轴配合更紧,研磨套上带有存砂槽,加工工件内壁产生的碎屑可以存留在存砂槽内,以免影响研磨的加工精度;本实用新型结构简单,操作简便,加工精度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括定位轴1,定位轴1上套有研磨套2,定位轴1的外圆及研磨套2的内壁均为锥形且具有相同的锥度比,有利于研磨套2与定位轴1配合紧密,不松脱;研磨套2上带有存砂槽21,在加工时产生的碎屑可以存留在存砂槽21内,防止碎屑夹在研磨套2和工件3上内壁凸圆31之间,影响研磨的加工精度;定位轴1的两端由顶尖4夹持,对定位轴1高速旋转时,对工件3的内壁凸圆31进行研磨加工。
