Description
【技术领域】本实用新型涉及油缸自动焊接机械，具体地说是一种立式自动焊机防护装置。
【背景技术】立式自动焊机是油缸加工厂的常用设备，用于主油缸两端法兰的焊接。工作时，主油缸竖立在回转台卡盘上，焊接过程中由于工件太长且没有支撑点，工件会出现随意摆动的现象；因为工件上端较重，在自动旋转过程中会脱离卡盘倒落砸在地上，这样就会影响到焊接质量、产品质量，而且也存在很大的安全隐患，致使双枪立式自动焊机不能充分使用。
【发明内容】本实用新型针对以上的问题，提供一种立式自动焊机防护装置。
这种立式自动焊机防护装置，其特征在于：环状的防护装置上安装有三个支撑滚珠轴承，防护装置上还设有锁紧螺栓和开合螺栓。
本实用新型的优点是：能有效的保持工件在旋转加工过程中的稳定性，保证焊接质量，消除安全隐患；能使双枪自动焊得到充分利用，减少工人的劳动强度。

【具体实施方式】下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施阐述如下：
参照图1和图2，环状的防护装置1上安装有三个支撑滚珠轴承2，防护装置1上还设有锁紧螺栓3和开合螺栓4，即为本实用新型。
支撑杆8上端与防护装置1焊接牢固，下端通过螺栓7与立式焊机机体5下部的回转台6锁紧；将工件9竖直放置在卡盘10上并锁紧，闭合防护装置1，拧紧锁紧螺栓3，调节支撑滚珠轴承2，使支撑滚珠轴承2顶端贴紧工件9；启动回转台6带动卡盘10和工件9旋转，焊缝预热后焊枪11靠近开始焊接。工件在自动加工过程中稳固可靠，保证了人机安全及产品质量。
