背景技术
氨基模塑料（具体可参见GB13454-92）指的是以尿素甲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为基材，加入纤维素、硬化剂以及其他添加剂而制得的化工原料，主要用于压制成餐具、电器开关等结构件。现有的氨基模塑生产方法及设备存在自动化程度低，效率不足等缺点，其中的生产设备多为普通的化工设备，缺乏对氨基模塑料本身的针对性。本实用新型涉及生产过程中对物料进行粉碎的粉碎机，现有的粉碎机存在生产效率低，功耗大等缺点。

申请人针对现有技术存在的上述不足进行研究和改进，提供一种高效的粉碎机。
本实用新型针对上述为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：
本实用新型包括机架，机架上安装机壳，主轴穿过所述机架且通过轴承座与机壳的两个端面连接，机壳两端分别设置进料器与出料器，进料器连接螺旋输送机，螺旋输送机连接进料斗。
本实用新型的技术效果在于：通过螺旋输送机送料，能将物料均匀、定量的输送至粉碎腔内进行粉碎，便于提高粉碎机的生产效率。

具体实施方式
见图1，本实用新型包括机架8，机架上安装机壳9，机壳9内设置粉碎腔11，主轴4穿过粉碎腔11，主轴4的两端通过轴承座10与机壳9的端面连接。主轴4上安装有刀架5，刀架5上安装粉碎刀片14，刀片14与粉碎腔11间隙配合，主轴4两侧分别设置左风轮13和右风轮12，机壳9两端设置进料器3和出料器6。主轴4的右端连接皮带轮7，主轴4通过皮带轮7及皮带（图中未画出）连接动力源。本实用新型工作时，主轴4高速转动，通过左风轮13和右风轮12以及刀片14的作用使粉碎腔11内产生负压，物料由进料器3进入，由于离心力的作用，物料被甩至粉碎腔11的内侧壁，物料在粉碎刀片14以及粉碎腔11的内侧壁之间受到摩擦、气流作用使其粉碎，同时在气压的作用下从出料器6段自动出料。
本实用新型的进料器3上端设置进风口，用于气流的补充，进料器3的左端连接螺旋输送机2，螺旋输送机2的上端进料口连接进料斗1，物料在进料斗1内临时贮存，并通过螺旋输送机2将物料均匀、定量的输送至进料器3。

1.粉碎机，包括机架，所述机架上安装机壳，主轴穿过所述机架且通过轴承座与机壳的两个端面连接，机壳两端分别设置进料器与出料器，其特征在于所述进料器连接螺旋输送机，所述螺旋输送机连接进料斗。
