本实用新型涉及LED技术领域，尤其涉及一种防尘LED工矿灯。
背景技术
LED是近年来快速发展起来的新型节能光源，LED因节能得到了人们的广泛使用和认可，工况灯是工厂、矿井的生产作业区中使用的灯具。工矿灯除了在通常环境中使用的各种照明灯外，还有特殊环境中使用的防爆灯和防腐蚀灯，还有工矿灯用于一些大型高层建筑物。LED工矿灯在工作时LED光源产生大量的热量，使灯具温度升高，因此需要及时把产生的热量散出，才能保证灯具的正常工作，常用的LED矿灯包括灯罩、光源和灯筒，灯筒内安装散热装置，灯筒内设有通气孔将热量散出，通常，矿灯的使用环境不好，有很多灰尘，在灯筒上的通气孔不仅散热，周围的灰尘也能从通气孔进入工矿灯内，当工矿灯内的灰尘积累多时，不仅影响光源的两端，还影响工矿灯的使用寿命。

如图1所示，一种防尘LED工矿灯，包括有灯罩1、LED光源6和灯筒2，所述的灯罩1与灯筒2接触连接，所述的灯筒2内安装有散热装置4，所述的灯筒2的侧壁上固定安装有排风扇5，在灯筒2上排风扇5对应的侧壁上和排风扇5对面的侧壁上均开有若干个通气孔3，在所述的灯筒2的内壁上贴合有防尘网7。

1.一种防尘LED工矿灯，其特征在于：包括有灯罩、LED光源和灯筒，所述的灯罩与灯筒接触连接，所述的灯筒内安装有散热装置，所述的灯筒的侧壁上固定安装有排风扇，在灯筒上排风扇对应的侧壁上和排风扇对面的侧壁上均开有若干个通气孔，在所述的灯筒的内壁上贴合有防尘网。
