本实用新型涉及一种空调换热元件，特别是一种空调用多通道铝扁管。 
背景技术
目前空调系统使用的换热器（包括冷凝器、蒸发器）或换热装置中，制冷剂主要通过换热器的扁管进行流通，使制冷剂在空调系统或换热装置中形成循环，从而起到热交换的作用，而现有换热器扁管的内通道孔的横截面多为口琴管状或者空心管状。由于扁管是直接影响空调换热器效果的重要部件，所以扁管的质量及寿命的提升成为行业研究的重点内容。目前行业的解决方案主要有两种，一种是直接增加扁管的材料厚度来提高扁管的稳定性，这种方法浪费材料，增加制造成本，第二种是对扁管表面进行处理，在扁管表面增加一层化学元素，通过电位差的控制提高扁管使用寿命，这种方法工艺难度大，制造成本较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型解决的问题是：提供一种空调用多通道铝扁管，该铝扁管是由一张双面复合铝合金板材两端向内折弯加工成正弦波形，形成铝扁管体内的通道的截面是正弦波形连续排列成多通道。这种扁管的用材更节省、散热效果更好。 
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种空调用多通道铝扁管，包括扁管体内的通道，其特征在于：铝扁管是由一张铝合金板材通过两端向内多次折弯加工成正弦波形，在铝合金板才对接处采用焊接合成，形成铝扁管体内的通道的截面是正弦波形且连续排列成多通道，使制冷剂可以在多个通道中自由流动，实现高效换热。铝扁管体外表面涂有锌层。本实用新型与现有技术比较具有用材节省、强度更高、使用寿命长、散热效果好的特点。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明，为了节省用材，增强铝扁管的换热效果，这种多通道铝扁管由一张铝合金板材通过两端向内多次折弯加工成正弦波形，形成铝扁管体内的通道的截面是正弦波形且连续排列成多通道。铝扁管的正弦波形管道的换热效率高、制造用材节省、内支撑强度高、使用寿命长。为了解决铝扁管在大气环境中抗腐蚀性能差，使用寿命短的问题。利用挤压铝扁管时产生的热量，在铝扁管外表面上喷涂锌粉，使其固化在扁管体上形成锌层。

1.一种空调用多通道铝扁管，包括扁管体内的通道，其特征在于：该铝扁管是由一张双面复合铝合金板材两端向内折弯加工成正弦波形，形成铝扁管体内的通道的截面是正弦波形连续排列成多通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调用多通道铝扁管，其特征在于：所述铝扁管体外表面涂有锌层。
