背景技术
现有摩托车排气管大多为中空圆柱体状，其内置有消声器，排气管前管口与发动机排气口相接，发动机排出的气体经排气管及排气管内消声器从排气口排放。但现有排气管是不锈钢的金属材料制成，且大多是单层管结构，摩托车行驶时从发动机排出的气体经不锈钢排气管的管壁传导而使其表面温度很高，会对人造成烫伤。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种摩托车排气管，它能有效地起到隔热作用，降低其表面温度，以防止对人的烫伤。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型提出的技术方案是：一种摩托车排气管，包括管体、与发动机接头和消声器，所述管体包含外层管和内层管，在所述内层管与外层管之间设有中间层，所述内层管和外层管为不锈钢管，所述中间层为陶瓷纤维层；所述管体前端设有与发动机排气口相配套的与发动机接头，所述管体的内层管内设置消声器。因排气管为内、外层管及中间层结构，其中间层采用隔热效果好的陶瓷纤维层，能够降低排气管的表面温度，从而达到防止对人烫伤的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于排气管为内、外层管及中间陶瓷纤维层，能够起到很好隔热作用且减少了噪音，大大地降低了排气管的表面温度，使用更安全。

在图1中，本实用新型的摩托车排气管，包括管体1、与发动机接头5和消声器6，所述管体1包含外层管4和内层管2，在所述内层管2与外层管4之间设有中间层3，所述内层管2和外层管4为不锈钢管，所述中间层3为陶瓷纤维层；所述管体1前端设有与发动机排气口相配套的与发动机接头5，所述管体1的内层管2内设置消声器6。由于排气管为内层管2、外层管4及中间层3构成，其中间层3采用隔热效果好的陶瓷纤维层，起到很好隔热作用且减少了噪音，大大地降低了排气管表面温度，从而能够防止对人的烫伤和对相邻摩托车零件的损害，使用起来更安全。

1.一种摩托车排气管，包括管体、与发动机接头和消声器，其特征在于：所述管体(1)包含外层管(4)和内层管(2)，在所述内层管(2)与外层管(4)之间设有中间层(3)，所述内层管(2)和外层管(4)为不锈钢管，所述中间层(3)为陶瓷纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车排气管，其特征在于：所述管体(1)前端设有与发动机排气口相配套的与发动机接头(5)。
