Abstract

反应器涉及一种生产己二腈过程中，己二酸和氨气进行反应的装置。主要是为解决现有的生产己二腈过程中，己二酸和氨气进行反应的装置易在上管板上形成环状的腐蚀带和结焦带的问题而设计的。它包括壳体，壳体内有中心管，中心管顶部是气体物料进口，底部是气体物料出口，壳体中部有反应后物料出口，壳体底部有液体物料进口，壳体内有上管板和下管板，上、下管板之间连接有列管，中心管从上、下管板中通过，上管板上方的中心管上有膨胀节，膨胀节上方的中心管上有伞状导流罩；伞状导流罩的下边缘焊接一圈立式挡板，在立式挡板上设一开口，开口处连接一导引管，导引管的外端伸入到反应后物料出口中。优点是可减少上管板上形成的腐蚀带和结焦带。

背景技术：
现有的生产己二腈过程中，己二酸和氨气进行反应的装置包括壳体，壳体内有中心管，中心管顶部是气体物料进口，底部是气体物料出口，壳体中部有反应后物料出口，壳体的底部有液体物料进口，反应后物料出口下方的壳体内有上管板和下管板，上、下管板之间连接有列管，中心管从上、下管板中通过，上管板上方的中心管上有膨胀节，膨胀节上方的中心管上有伞状的导流罩；在反应器内反应生成的轻组分气体遇到低温的中心管时冷凝为液体，这些液体顺着中心管及伞状导流罩流到上管板上，由于轻组分气体中有降解的低碳酸和低碳中间产物，所以其落到高温的上管板上，能引起不锈钢的晶间腐蚀，导致上管板上形成一个环状的腐蚀带；另外，轻组分气体中的低碳组分在接触高温时，容易引起瞬间碳化，在上管板上形成一个环状的结焦带。
发明内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够减少在上管板上形成腐蚀带和结焦带的反应器。
上述目的是这样实现的：它包括壳体，壳体内有中心管，中心管顶部是气体物料进口，底部是气体物料出口，壳体中部有反应后物料出口，壳体的底部有液体物料进口，反应后物料出口下方的壳体内有上管板和下管板，上、下管板之间连接有列管，中心管从上、下管板中通过，上管板上方的中心管上有膨胀节，膨胀节上方的中心管上有伞状导流罩；其特征是：我们在伞状导流罩的下边缘焊接一圈立式挡板，在立式挡板上设一开口，开口处连接一导引管，导引管的外端伸入到反应后物料出口中。
本实用新型的优点是：由于在伞状导流罩的下边缘焊接一圈立式挡板，在立式挡板上设一开口，顺着中心管流下的冷凝后成为液体的的轻组分气体被伞状导流罩下边缘焊接的立式挡板挡住，然后经在立式挡板开口处连接的导引管导出，所以可减少在上管板上形成的腐蚀带和结焦带，从而延长反应器的使用寿命。
