油茶是一种传统的食品，传统的手工做法为人工围着灶台、拿着铁铲手工炒制面粉，混合果仁和食用油，现有设备在油茶面的炒制过程中，粉尘大，容易出现夹生面、糊面、食品卫生无法保证等缺陷。
实用新型内容
     本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种从根本上解决油茶面的炒制过程中，粉尘大，容易出现夹生面、糊面、食品卫生无法保证缺陷的面粉自动炒锅。
为解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型采取的技术方案：
一种面粉自动炒锅，其特殊之处在于：包括锅体、电机、出料气缸，锅体的底部设置有导油腔，导油腔外设置有保温层，导油腔底部设置有带有阀门的导油入口管、导油出口管以及设置有出料气缸的出料管，电机通过减速机与穿设在锅体内的传动轴连接，传动轴上设置有若干个桨叶，锅体顶部设置有面粉入口通道、水蒸气出口通道。
上述的锅体顶部设置有观察口。
上述的桨叶的桨板形状与锅体的内壁配合。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型从根本上解决油茶面的炒制过程中，粉尘大，容易出现夹生面、糊面、食品卫生无法保证等缺陷，同时也适合芝麻、花生米、核桃、葵花仁等结果类产品的炒制。

  下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
参见图1，本实用新型包括锅体1、电机、出料气缸10，锅体1的底部设置有导油腔2，导油腔2外设置有保温层3，导油腔2底部设置有带有阀门的导油入口管4、导油出口管5以及设置有出料气缸10的出料管，电机通过减速机与穿设在锅体1内的传动轴连接，传动轴上设置有若干个桨叶6，锅体1顶部设置有面粉入口通道8、水蒸气出口通道9。
上述的锅体1顶部设置有观察口7。
上述的桨叶6的桨板形状与锅体1的内壁配合，以保证锅体两端无面粉搅拌死角。
上述的桨叶6的食品级的聚四氟材质，桨叶的形状与安装位置要与锅体的端头吻合，这样设置能很好的去处锅体两端的搅拌死角，保证了不能因面粉搅拌不到而炒过甚至燃烧。
操作简述如下:生面粉通过加面口1加入锅内，通过桨叶6将面粉不停地翻炒，面粉水汽和热气通过排气管道带除尘装置排到车间外部，在设定的热介质温度下，每锅的炒制量固定，炒制时间稳定，操作员通过观察口7检查面粉的熟化程度，面粉炒制完成时按动出料气缸10，出料风机通过管道将锅内熟知面粉吸到面粉储槽、同时对面粉进行降温。

1.一种面粉自动炒锅，其特征在于：包括锅体（1）、电机、出料气缸（10），锅体（1）的底部设置有导油腔（2），导油腔（2）外设置有保温层（3），导油腔（2）底部设置有带有阀门的导油入口管（4）、导油出口管（5）以及设置有出料气缸（10）的出料管，电机通过减速机与穿设在锅体（1）内的传动轴连接，传动轴上设置有若干个桨叶（6），锅体（1）顶部设置有面粉入口通道（8）、水蒸气出口通道（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面粉自动炒锅，其特征在于：所述的锅体（1）顶部设置有观察口（7）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种面粉自动炒锅，其特征在于：所述的桨叶（6）的桨板形状与锅体（1）的内壁配合。
