本实用新型涉及一种气化炉合成气出口装置,包括:挡板[1],气体流出通道[3],其特征在于:其还包括在挡板[1]和气体流出通道[3]之间加装的引导气体分层的导流板[2]。含尘气流流经气化炉合成气出口转向处时,由于导流板的作用,气流出现分层,改变了原来的流场分布,出口处的速度趋于均匀,壁面处的速度有较大的降低。由于近壁面处含尘气流速度的降低,减弱了气流中颗粒对管道壁的冲刷作用,起到保护出口管道的作用,改善了合成气出口的工作状况,提高了气化炉的可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种流体出口装置,具体地说,涉及一种气化炉合成气出口装置。
背景技术
煤气化是一种能将煤高效清洁利用的技术。煤经过气化得到粗合成气,对粗合成气进行后续处理得到工艺气体,可作为合成氨或其它化工产品的原料气。
气化炉是煤气化技术中的关键设备。粉煤在气化炉气化室内不完全燃烧生成粗合成气夹带灰渣进入激冷室,由于洗涤不完全,粗合成气中仍有相当浓度的灰尘颗粒,含尘合成气通过激冷室出口流出气化炉,进入下一工序。
目前合成气出口多设有弧形挡板,含尘合成气经挡板再折转进入合成气出口。由于合成气流一般流量都很大,在气流转向过程中,合成气出口受到气流中颗粒冲刷,磨损情况严重,对气化炉的安全持续运行造成一定影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种合成气出口装置,改善现有合成气出口处磨损情况,提高气化炉可靠性。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种气化炉合成气出口装置,包括:挡板[1],气体流出通道[3],其特征在于:其还包括在挡板[1]和气体流出通道[3]之间加装的引导气体分层的导流板[2]。如图1所示,通过在合成气出口含尘气流转向处加装导流板,将气流分层,改变流场分布,使气流分布均匀,较大幅度地降低了出口管道附近的气流速度,从而减弱含尘气流对出口管道的冲刷作用。
按照本实用新型的一个优选的实施方案,其中,所述导流板与气流流动方向保持一致,折弯处为圆弧过渡。
按照本实用新型的另一个优选的实施方案,其中,导流板[2]水平段位于1/3-2/3倍气体流出管道[3]内径处,优选地,位于1/2倍内径处。
按照本实用新型的另一个优选的实施方案,其中,导流板[2]与炉壳[4]之间的距离出口为1/3-2/3倍挡板[1]半径(与炉壳(4)间距离),优选地,位于1/2倍半径处。
按照本实用新型的另一个优选的实施方案,其中,导流板[2]弯曲半径为1/5-4/5倍出口管道[3]内径;优选地,为1/4-3/4倍出口管道[3]内径。
按照本实用新型的另一个优选的实施方案,其中,导流板[2]深入气体流出通道[3]长度为50-200mm,优选尺寸为80-120mm。
按照本实用新型的另一个优选的实施方案,其中,导流板[2]的厚度≧5mm。
按照本实用新型的另一个优选的实施方案,其中,导流板[2]与挡板[1]连接在一起;优选地,导流板[2]与挡板[1]、炉壳[4]、气体流出通道[3]连接在一起。
按照本实用新型的另一个优选的实施方案,其中,导流板[2]与挡板[1]连接在一起的方式可以是焊接、铆接或紧固件连接,优选地,采用焊接连接。
按照本实用新型的另一个优选的实施方案,其中,导流板[2]可由一块板材制成,或由数块板材通过焊接、铆接、螺栓连接方式组合而成。
作为进一步的改进,所述导流板与挡板连接在一起。
作为进一步的改进,所述导流板为耐磨钢板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:含尘气流流经气化炉合成气出口转向处时,由于导流板的作用,气流出现分层,改变了原来的流场分布,出口处的速度趋于均匀,壁面处的速度有较大的降低。由于壁面近处含尘气流速度的降低,减弱了气流中颗粒对管道壁的冲刷作用,起到保护出口管道的作用,改善了合成气出口的工作状况,提高了气化炉的可靠性。通过在合成气出口处加装导流板,较大幅度地降低了出口管道附近的气流速度,从而减弱了出口处管道磨损,改善合成气出口工作状况,提高气化炉安全性。导流板结构简单可靠,便于加工生产。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是这样实现的:含尘气流流经气化炉合成气出口转向处时,由于导流板的作用,气流出现分层,改变了原来的流场分布,出口处的速度趋于均匀,壁面处的速度有较大的降低。由于近壁面处含尘气流速度的降低,减弱了气流中颗粒对管道避免的冲刷作用,起到保护出口管道的作用,改善了合成气出口的工作状况,提高了气化炉的可靠性。
实施例1
如图1所示,导流板为L型,折弯处为圆弧过渡。导流板水平段高度位于1/2倍气体流出管道内径处;导流板与炉壳之间的距离为1/2倍挡板半径;导流板弯曲半径为2/5倍出口管道内径;导流板水平段深入气体流出通道长度为100mm。
含尘气流流经气化炉合成气出口转向处时,由于导流板的作用,气流出现分层,改变了原来的流场分布,出口处的速度趋于均匀,壁面处的速度有较大的降低。由于近壁面处含尘气流速度的降低,减弱了气流中颗粒对管道避免的冲刷作用,起到保护出口管道的作用,改善了合成气出口的工作状况,提高了气化炉的可靠性。
实施例2
图2-1折流板为L型,折流板上装有筋板,增加了折流板强度和稳定性,其它同实施例1。

图2-2折流板为折弯L型,降低圆弧折弯的加工难度,易于加工成形,其它同实施例1。
实施例4
图2-3中折流板出口处为十字型,以避免或减轻折流板的震动,其它同实施例1。

2.    根据权利要求1所描述的气化炉合成气出口装置,其中,导流板[2]与气流流动方向保持一致, 折弯处为圆弧过渡。
3.    根据权利要求1所描述的气化炉合成气出口装置,其中,导流板[2]水平段位于1/3-2/3倍气体流出管道[3]内径处。
4.  根据权利要求1所描述的气化炉合成气出口装置,其中,导流板[2]水平段位于1/2倍气体流出管道[3]内径处。

15. 根据权利要求14所描述的气化炉合成气出口装置,其中,导流板[2]与挡板[1]连接在一起的方式采用焊接连接。
16.  根据权利要求1所描述的气化炉合成气出口装置,其中,导流板[2]可由一块板材制成,或由数块板材通过焊接、铆接、螺栓连接方式组合而成。
