本实用新型公开了一种汽车夜视刻录后视镜,其特别之处是一种利用夜视及刻录的后视镜。主要由红外夜视及刻录装置加一种特殊玻璃加以相应的电路控制,来实现夜视功能及刻录功能。为汽车夜间行驶提供了一种更安全的后视镜以及给交警部门提供了一定的事故证据。其特征在于:特种镀膜玻璃(2)与加热膜(3)相固定,加热膜(3)与液晶显示器(4)相固定,然后固定在前外壳(1))与后外壳(5)之间。具有日间反光度高,夜间成像清晰的优点,提高了汽车行驶的安全性。以及交通事故起到一定的证据。本装置结构简单,成本低易操作。

汽车夜视刻录后视镜
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种汽车后视镜,特别是一种利用夜视刻录装置的后视镜,主要由红外夜视装置,刻录装置及一块特殊玻璃加以相应的电路控制,来实现夜视刻录功能。为汽车夜间行驶和交通事故处理保留证据的一种安全后视镜。 
背景技术:
现有的汽车后视镜主要利用一块普通的镜子作为后视镜,还没有带夜视刻录功能的。这种普通的后视镜只能在白天或光线较强的时候使用,如果在夜间没有任何光源的情况下使用,后视镜中什么也看不清,所以车辆转弯并道时存在极大的安全隐患,以及出现交通事故不能给交通事故处理留有一定的证据。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带有夜视刻录功能的汽车后视镜。其特点在于白天使用和普通后视镜没有任何区别,夜间配合红外夜视装置及刻录装置使用,可以将汽车两侧的景象显示的十分清楚。提高汽车夜间行驶的安全性及出现交通事故为事故保留一定的证据,克服现有的技术不足。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种汽车夜视刻录后视镜,其特征在于:特种镀膜玻璃2与加热膜3相固定,加热膜3与液晶显示器4相固定,然后固定在前外壳1与后外壳5之间。 
前外壳上固定有大功率红外发光管6,红外摄像头7,刻录器的SD卡插口8。 
本实用新型具有日间反光度高,夜间成像清晰的优点,提高汽车行驶的安全性以及能为交通事故保留一定的证据。本装置结构简单,成本低易操作。由于本装置中使用了红外夜视功能及刻录装置,是一种不同于现有汽车后视镜的新型汽车后视镜。

具体实施方式:
如图所示:2为特殊镀膜玻璃与加热膜3粘合,加热膜3与显示器4粘合。红外摄像头7与刻录器8和红外发光管6的控制电路与液晶显示器的驱动板做成一体,固定在液晶显示器的后面。 
将上述这些粘合在一起封装在前后外壳中,有导线与驾驶室内的开关相连。 
使用过程如下:本装置固定在汽车外两侧,后视镜的位置上,由操作台上的开关控制。白天夜视功能不需要对其进行任何控制,如果需要刻录功能需要手动控制,由于本后视镜中使用了特殊镀膜玻璃2,光线照射在镀膜玻璃2上,镀膜玻璃2上镀的是反光极强的镜面膜,将光线直接反射回去,所以白天和普通后视镜没有任何分别。 
夜晚在光线十分弱的情况下,后视镜看不清物体的时候,驾驶员打开操作台上的电源控制开关,使夜视和刻录系统同时工作,在电源开关旁边设有液晶显示器亮度调试开关,由驾驶员自己调节,刻录功能可根据驾驶员需要开或关。刻录装置可1-5小时覆盖循环刻录,前期内容刻录自动删除。打开开关后由开关向液晶显示器驱动板供电,驱动板驱动液晶显示器4工作,同时向红外摄像头7和红外发光管6供电,刻录装置需要另一个电源供电,因为考虑到刻录的稳定性及电压问题。红外发光管6发射高强度不可见红外光,由红外摄像头捕捉影像后经导线传回到刻录装置接收。在传回驱动板上,由液晶显示器4显示成像,再从镀膜玻璃2(镀膜玻璃的特点是单向透光)透射出来,使驾驶员可以清楚看到车两侧的景象。刻录内容由SD卡储存,方便以后随时读取。也为交警部门为事故尽快的取得有效证据。

1.一种汽车夜视刻录后视镜,其特征在于:特种镀膜玻璃(2)与加热膜(3)相固定,加热膜(3)与液晶显示器(4)相固定,然后固定在前外壳(1))与后外壳(5)之间,前外壳上固定有大功率红外发光管(6)、红外摄像头(7)、刻录装置SD卡插口(8)。
