技术领域
本实用新型涉及冷却器领域,是一种适用于汽车发动机系统中废气再循环的EGR冷却器,具体为具有翻边结构的EGR冷却器。 
背景技术
EGR(废气再循环)冷却器都有两根水管,分别是进水管和出水管,是循环冷却液通道的一部分,其使用环境有很强的振动和高低温冲击,因此,水管和筒体的连接方式十分重要,直接影响冷却器的使用寿命。 
目前,EGR冷却器水管和筒体的连接方式主要有两种:一是在筒体上冲孔,然后将水管氩弧焊接在筒体上,此方法有一缺点,即焊接后需要回火处理,否则在使用过程中焊接处会因应力集中而开裂,导致冷却器漏水;二是筒体翻孔钎焊,此种结构非常稳定,但是有个前提,即水管的轴线必须通过筒体中心线,否则筒体上的翻孔难以加工成型,而EGR冷却器在发动机上的布置经常会导致水管轴线偏离筒体中心线。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题,提供一种具有翻边结构的EGR冷却器,该冷却器筒体与水管焊接处接触面大,结构稳定,且易于加工。 
按照本实用新型的技术方案:一种具有翻边结构的EGR冷却器,包括筒体和焊接在筒体上的水管,其特征是:所述水管钎焊在筒体上,且水管轴线偏离筒体轴线,所述水管与筒体钎焊一端有翻边结构。 
所述水管翻边结构呈椭圆环状。 
所述翻边结构的长度为3-6cm。 
本实用新型的技术效果在于:本实用新型增加了水管与筒体的接触面积,使得筒体与水管连接强度高,结构稳定,同时水管翻边容易生产,制造成本低;本实用新型简单可靠,使用方便,制作成本低,易于维护。

如图1所示,本实用新型是一种具有翻边结构的EGR冷却器,包括筒体1和焊接在筒体1上的水管2,所述水管2钎焊在筒体1上,且水管2轴线偏离筒体1轴线,所述水管2与筒体1钎焊一端有翻边结构3。 
所述水管2翻边结构3呈椭圆环状。 
所述翻边结构3为的长度为3-6cm。 
本实用新型的工作过程如下:首先在筒体上冲孔(即便如图2所示水管的轴线偏离筒体的中心,在冲孔时应该让孔的轴线通过筒体的中心线,因为偏心冲孔难度高,模具易损坏),然后将水管翻边成型,装配时把水管翻边弧面与筒体外圆面贴合,最后进行钎焊。此结构我公司已批量生产,振动试验效果理想。 
本实用新型增加了水管与筒体的接触面积,使得筒体与水管连接强度高,结构稳定,同时水管翻边容易生产,制造成本低;本实用新型简单可靠,使用方便,制作成本低,易于维护。

1.一种具有翻边结构的EGR冷却器,包括筒体(1)和焊接在筒体(1)上的水管(2),其特征是:所述水管(2)钎焊在筒体(1)上,且水管(2)轴线偏离筒体(1)轴线,所述水管(2)与筒体(1)钎焊一端有翻边结构(3)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的具有翻边结构的EGR冷却器,其特征是:所述水管(2)翻边结构(3)呈椭圆环状。
3.按照权利要求1所述的具有翻边结构的EGR冷却器,其特征是:所述翻边结构(3)的长度为3-6cm。
