本实用新型公开了一种分瓶机止瓶装置，其中，包括底板，所述底板的面上配置输送带，所述底板前后两端均设置夹板，2块夹板位置相互对应，所述夹板外侧均安装驱动气缸，所述夹板和驱动气缸通过导杆相互连接。所述底板的上侧设置2组夹板，所述底板的后端对应前端位置设置2组夹板，所述夹板与导杆通过螺栓固定连接。本实用新型提供的分瓶机止瓶装置，通过设置夹板，有效避免了分瓶机瓶体出口处卡瓶现象的发生。

本实用新型涉及一种分瓶机的部件，尤其涉及一种分瓶机止瓶装置。
背景技术
分瓶机是大部分瓶装物在出厂前进行包装和装箱的设备，分瓶机多由框架、输送带组成，瓶装物分成所需的排数后由输送带运输至出口。在现有技术中，在瓶子出口处通常用止瓶星轮进行挡瓶，这种设置方式在实践中经常有卡瓶现象发生，从而造成诸多的不便。基于此，为了克服上述的缺陷，有必要对现有的分瓶机止瓶装置进行改进。

本实用新型提供了一种分瓶机止瓶装置，有效避免了分瓶机瓶体出口处卡瓶现象的发生。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种分瓶机止瓶装置，其中，包括底板，所述底板的面上配置输送带，所述底板上、下侧均设置夹板，2块夹板位置相互对应，所述夹板外侧均安装驱动汽缸，所述夹板和驱动汽缸通过导杆相互连接。
上述的分瓶机止瓶装置，其中，所述底板的上侧设置2组夹板，所述底板的下侧对应上侧位置设置2组夹板。
上述的分瓶机止瓶装置，其中，所述夹板与导杆通过螺栓固定连接。
本实用新型对比现有技术具有如下的有益效果：本实用新型提供的分瓶机止瓶装置，与传统分瓶机止瓶装置相比，采用双汽缸驱动夹板夹紧瓶体进行挡瓶，止瓶效果平稳可靠，有效避免了用止瓶星轮挡瓶出现的卡瓶现象。

请参见上述附图，本实用新型提供的分瓶机止瓶装置，包括底板1，所述底板1的面上配置输送带2，所述底板1前后端均设置夹板3，2块夹板3的位置相互对应，所述夹板3的外侧均安装驱动汽缸，所述夹板3和驱动汽缸通过导杆4相互连接。当输送带2将瓶体输送到出口处，驱动气缸驱动连接在夹板1上的导杆4，导杆4推动底板1上相互对称设置的夹板3夹紧瓶体进行挡瓶，这种挡瓶方式止瓶效果平稳可靠，有效避免了使用止瓶星轮挡瓶出现的卡瓶现象。
底板1的前端优选设置2组夹板3，底板1的后端对应前端位置设置2组夹板3。夹板3与导杆4优选通过螺栓5固定连接。

1.一种分瓶机止瓶装置，其特征在于：包括底板（1），所述底板（1）的面上配置输送带（2），所述底板（1）的前、后端均设置夹板（3），2块夹板（3）的位置相互对应，所述夹板（3）的外侧均安装驱动气缸，所述夹板（3）和驱动气缸通过导杆（4）相互连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分瓶机止瓶装置，其特征在于：所述底板（1）的上侧设置2组夹板（3），所述底板（1）的下侧对应上侧位置设置2组夹板（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分瓶机止瓶装置，其特征在于：所述夹板（3）与导杆（4）通过螺栓（5）固定连接。
