Abstract

一种复合导轨结构,用于数控龙门加工中心。横梁本体的前部装有滑动导轨,滑动导轨与移动拖板配合;横梁本体的上部装有直线滚动导轨,直线滚动导轨与滑动导轨组合成复合导轨结构。直线滚动导轨与移动拖板之间设有上调整垫,直线滚动导轨与移动拖板之间设有侧调整垫,直线滚动导轨与移动拖板之间通过压板用锁紧螺钉固定,直线滚动导轨与滑动导轨之间设有斜压块。滑动导轨通过上压板、下压板用紧固件与移动拖板固定,移动拖板与滑动导轨之间设有斜铁。本实用新型结构简单,安装调整方便,保持了直线滚动导轨和滑动导轨结构的优点,兼有导轨刚性与切削能力强以及运行速度高的优良性能,可适用于高刚性及较高运动速度的数控龙门加工中心。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及数控机床技术领域,具体是一种由直线滚动导轨与滑动导轨所组合的复合导轨结构。
背景技术
目前,公知的数控龙门加工中心横梁导轨结构主要有以下几种:1、直线滚动导轨结构;2、滑动导轨结构;3、非接触式静压导轨结构。直线滚动导轨结构的优点主要是加工简单,安装方便,运行速度高,缺点主要为切削吸振性及刚性差,滚动体磨损后不易修复;滑动导轨结构的优点主要为切削吸振性及刚性好,滑轨接触面大且不易磨损,一旦磨损后可通过斜铁调节间隙,缺点是加工复杂,制造周期长,运行速度低;非接触式静压导轨具备切削吸振性及刚性好,导轨不接触无磨损等很多优点,缺点是加工复杂,运行速度低,制造周期长,并需要高性能的静压系统,调试技术要求高,并且制造成本也很高,所以极大地限制了其推广应用,无法适应现代数控龙门加工中心批量化加工的趋势。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种复合导轨结构,以提高数控龙门加工中心横梁导轨的精度、刚性及运行速度,同时方便导轨加工和机床的安装调试,并降低制造成本。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的横梁本体的前部装有滑动导轨,滑动导轨与移动拖板配合;滑动导轨的上部装有直线滚动导轨,直线滚动导轨与滑动导轨组合成复合导轨结构。
所述所述直线滚动导轨与移动拖板之间设有上调整垫,直线滚动导轨与移动拖板之间设有侧调整垫,直线滚动导轨与移动拖板之间通过压板用锁紧螺钉固定,直线滚动导轨与滑动导轨之间设有斜压块。
所述滑动导轨通过上压板、下压板用紧固件与移动拖板固定,移动拖板与滑动导轨之间设有斜铁。
本实用新型通过配置高刚性并带有调整垫的直线滚动导轨,由直线滚动导轨和滑动导轨组成为复合导轨形式,保证在装配时以直线滚动导轨下的滑动导轨为主导轨来调整直线滚动导轨的承压力,并将其精度调整与主导轨的精度一致,同时方便了加工和安装,使布置在横梁上面的直线滚动导轨能承受横梁上面移动部件70%的重量,使移动部件移动轻快,减小电机负载;而处于横梁下面的滑动导轨只承受很小部分的移动部件重量,能保持很高的精度,同时由于滑动导轨接触面大,刚性好,使机床的切削能力得到充分发挥。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,通过采用直线滚动导轨与滑动导轨的组合形式后,安装调整更为方便,并保持了直线滚动导轨和滑动导轨结构两者的优点,兼有滑动导轨刚性与切削能力强的优点和直线导轨运行速度高及动态响应快的优良性能,可适用于高刚性及较高运动速度的数控龙门加工中心。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型通过直线滚动导轨6与滑动导轨12组合成复合导轨结构。
横梁本体1的前部装有滑动导轨12,滑动导轨12与移动拖板9配合,滑动导轨12的导轨面与移动拖板9有上下两个导轨接合面,滑动导轨12通过上压板8、下压板11用紧固件与移动拖板9固定,移动拖板9与滑动导轨12之间设有斜铁10;通过调整斜铁10可调整横梁本体1与移动拖板9的配合状态,并通过上压板8与下压板11将移动拖板9与滑动导轨12的配合面调整至理想状态,达到直线滚动导轨6与滑动导轨12所组成的复合导轨的最佳配合效果。
横梁本体1的上部装有直线滚动导轨6,直线滚动导轨6与移动拖板9之间设有上调整垫5,直线滚动导轨6与移动拖板9之间设有侧调整垫7,直线滚动导轨6与移动拖板9之间通过压板4用锁紧螺钉3固定,直线滚动导轨6与滑动导轨12之间设有斜压块2。通过调整上调整垫5,使拖板移动部件重量的70%承受在直线滚动导轨6上,通过调整侧调整垫7,使移动拖板9与直线滚动导轨6的配合面贴合,并通过压板4与锁紧螺钉3将移动拖板9与直线滚动导轨6保持固定。

1.一种复合导轨结构,包括横梁本体(1),其特征在于:横梁本体(1)的前部装有滑动导轨(12),滑动导轨(12)与移动拖板(9)配合;滑动导轨(12)的上部装有直线滚动导轨(6),直线滚动导轨(6)与滑动导轨(12)组合成复合导轨结构;
所述直线滚动导轨(6)与移动拖板(9)之间设有上调整垫(5),直线滚动导轨(6)与移动拖板(9)之间设有侧调整垫(7),直线滚动导轨(6)与移动拖板(9)之间通过压板(4)用锁紧螺钉(3)固定,直线滚动导轨(6)与滑动导轨(12)之间设有斜压块(2)。
