本实用新型的目的在于提供一种碳钢混膜消化厌氧罐,以达到充分利用该结构产生沼气,提高产气率。 
该实用新型提供的碳钢混膜厌氧罐的技术方案: 
本实用新型提供的碳钢混膜厌氧罐,其特征在于碳钢混膜消化厌氧罐一体化生产,中温发酵装置。其主要结构包括碳钢罐体和红泥塑料贮气柜,红泥塑料贮气柜设置在碳钢罐体之上。 
发酵间设有镀锌增温盘管。发酵间一侧上部有溢流管,下部设有排渣管。另一侧下部设计进料管。发酵间和贮气柜用夹板和螺栓密接。顶端四周设有围栏。 
该实用新型的具体内容: 
1.用碳钢焊接成圆柱形罐体,体积100-300立方米。 
2.将红泥塑料的贮气柜通过气柜夹板和罐体顶端的螺栓密接。顶端的四周设计有走廊和围栏。 
3.罐体一侧上部适当位置设计溢流管,下部设计有排渣管;另一 侧下部设计有进料管。 
4.罐体内即发酵间,内设有增温镀锌盘管,给发酵间增加温度。 
本实用新型的有益效果: 
碳钢混膜厌氧罐,占地面积减少三分之二,投资降低20%,单位容积产气率提高0.4-1.2立方米,操作简单。

五.具体实施方式
1.将粪便污水经过调节池搅拌后泵入厌氧罐内。 
2.将锅炉内的热水通过循环泵泵入罐体内的增温管,给发酵液增温。 
3.如泵入罐体内料液超过设计液面,沼液通过溢流管流出。 
4.罐体内产生的沼气收集在红泥塑料柜里待用。
