背景技术
在聚丙烯酰胺生产中，聚合后的胶状物料需要用水解混合机对来自造粒机的物料进行水解，水解工序需要充满氨气后，对物料加注主料和辅料，同时喷洒液体原料，对物料进行充分的搅拌混合后卸料进入缓冲料箱中，经造粒机再次造粒，然后由输送风机输送到干燥器内进行胶粒烘干。

针对聚丙烯酰胺水解时各个工序的要求，本实用新型提供一种水解机，该水解混合机的目的是，完成聚丙烯酰胺水解各个工序的条件，保证产品质量。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种水解机包括料箱，料箱为一个封闭的圆柱形容器，圆柱形中心部位安装有搅拌轴，搅拌轴上连接有正螺旋搅拌桨和反螺旋搅拌桨，搅拌轴连接减速电机，料箱上部连接有人孔、主料口、辅料口、出气阀，料箱内部靠上侧有喷液管，料箱侧面连接有进气管，料箱连接各部位有密封件密封。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：由于采取上述方案，聚丙烯酰胺粒状物料在料箱内进行进气、喷液、加注主料和辅料的工作，由于采用正反螺旋搅拌桨同时进行混合搅拌，可以有效的将主料、辅料和物料进行充分混合反应，保证产品质量。
