本实用新型公开了一种花键轴叉，包括花键轴和设置花键轴端部的U型叉头，所述花键轴外缘上设置有外花键，所述外花键的齿面形状呈渐开线形。这样的花键轴的齿形呈渐开线形，因此花键轴与花键套的接触面积大，配合性较好，抗扭矩能力较强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车配件，尤其是一种花键轴叉。
背景技术
目前，传动轴用到的花键副连接件主要是滑动叉与花键轴，通过两者之间的滑动来实现传动轴的伸缩和传递转矩。但是目前的花键轴外缘面上的齿面形状为矩形齿，因此花键轴与花键套配合时接触面积小，配合性较差，抗扭矩能力差。
发明内容
发明目的：针对现有技术的不足，我们在生产中经过长期的实践摸索，设计了一种花键轴叉。
技术方案：为了实现上述发明目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：一种花键轴叉，包括花键轴和设置花键轴端部的U型叉头，所述花键轴外缘上设置有外花键，所述外花键的齿面形状呈渐开线形。
有益效果：本实用新型与现有技术相比，其有益效果是：其花键轴的齿形呈渐开线形，因此花键轴与花键套的接触面积大，配合性较好，抗扭矩能力较强。
