技术领域
本实用新型属于高炉炼铁技术领域,特别是提供了一种U形高炉炼铁冲渣喷嘴,该装置可减少高炉渣水淬粒化过程中与渣沟合理衔接、有效利用水资源、强化高炉渣粒化效果。
背景技术
高炉INBA法水渣粒化效果,主要取决于冲渣喷嘴的结构。渣沟表层为砂土铺成的U型沟槽,宽度20-30cm,而冲渣沟槽设计宽度为渣沟宽度的2.0-2.5倍的矩形沟槽。冲渣喷嘴的结构为两层台阶式的腔体,腔体内为0.3Mpa的高压水,台阶前端均匀分布着三排喷嘴,侧面一半高度纵向均匀分布着三排喷嘴。
高炉出铁时,从渣沟过来的液态高炉渣渣流经过冲渣喷嘴时,高压水会将液态高炉渣瞬间冷淬成一定粒度的水渣。高炉渣沟的渣流只有15-20cm宽度,经过冲渣喷嘴的平台时,渣流会宽度变宽,厚度变薄,但仍然主要集中于中间部分,一方面两侧和底部两边喷嘴的高压水利用率低,水淬效果差。另一方面中间部门渣中带铁时就会沉积或粘附于台阶中间,不易冲走,侵蚀衬板,影响高炉渣粒化效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种U形高炉炼铁冲渣喷嘴,解决了冲渣喷嘴与高炉渣沟之间的衔接问题,并提高冲渣喷嘴底部两边和两侧部分高压水的利用效率,减轻中间平台衬板侵蚀的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是将矩形喷嘴设计成U型喷嘴,该喷嘴的形状与渣沟形状接近,使高压水较之矩形冲渣沟嘴能够更加高效的向渣流集中的中间部分喷射,使渣流从渣沟过来时,两侧的高压水能够快速有效的接触到液态炉渣,从而实现高炉渣的水淬。
本实用新型的形状为U型,整个喷嘴为腔体,有两级台阶,两侧腔体从1/2高度处斜向该侧底部腔体的1/3距离处,形成一U型,两侧钻孔从1/2高度处折向底部该侧的1/3长度处,形成U型喷嘴。高压水钻孔直径大小不变。当高炉出铁时,渣流从渣沟经过冲渣沟嘴时,冲渣沟嘴中的高压水经钻孔从两侧向中间集中,使高压水能够充分接触液态高炉渣,使高炉渣能够充分冷淬、粒化。所述的钻孔的直径为16mm。
本实用新型的积极效果是根据液态高炉渣的流动特征,利用该U型装置,实现了高炉渣与冲渣沟嘴的合理衔接,提高了两侧钻孔高压水的利用效率,将液态高炉渣充分粒化,在保证使用效果的前提下,可以节约用水5-10%,实现了水资源的节约。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的形状为U型,整个沟嘴为腔体,有两级台阶,两侧腔体从1/2高度处斜向该侧底部腔体的1/3距离处,形成一U型,两侧钻孔从1/2高度处折向底部该侧的1/3长度处,形成U型喷嘴。
本实用新型为前端和两侧开孔的腔体,当高炉出铁时,开启冲渣泵、高压返冲泵、干渣泵及阀门,按顺序开启过滤器、皮带、搅笼,确保冲渣水压不低于0.35Mpa,水量不低于1800m3/h,高压水从钻孔中快速喷出,液态高炉渣从渣沟经过冲渣沟嘴时,将高炉渣急冷水淬迅速粒化。两侧冲渣沟嘴中的高压水经钻孔从两侧向中间集中,使U型冲渣沟嘴较之矩形冲渣沟嘴的高压水能够更加充分的与液态高炉渣接触,使高炉渣能够充分冷淬、粒化,实现了高炉渣与冲渣沟嘴的合理衔接,提高了两侧钻孔高压水的利用效率,在保证使用效果的前提下,节约用水5-10%,实现了水资源的节约。

1.一种U形高炉炼铁冲渣喷嘴,其特征在于,整个喷嘴为腔体,有两级台阶,两侧腔体从1/2高度处斜向该侧底部腔体的1/3距离处,形成一U型,两侧钻孔从1/2高度处折向底部该侧的1/3长度处。
