本实用新型涉及一种导流瓦,具体地说,涉及一种用于汽轮机低压缸排汽通道的导流瓦。
背景技术
目前国产引进型大中容量汽轮发电机组,由于存在低压缸排汽通道排汽流场分布不合理的缺陷,且凝汽器上部壳体、接颈部位结构布置复杂,造成排汽流速分布极不均匀,涡流现象突出,因此要安装导流瓦来导流均流,然而以住导流瓦在使用过程中受高温高压蒸汽冲刷容易变形,影响了导流瓦的质量,造成导流效果不理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的克服现有技术的不足提供一种抗变形能力强,耐高温高压,且导流效果好的汽轮机低压缸排汽通道导流瓦。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种导流瓦,为弧形板状结构,弧度α为0.70~1.22rad,弧长L为1250~1500mm,宽度B为440~600mm,厚度H为2~4mm;导流瓦两侧边缘对称开有纵向U形槽,U形槽上部宽度a为34mm,深度h为15mm,U形槽的中心线距导流瓦纵向边线距离d为57mm;导流瓦顶部设有瓦顶帽,凸背面设有定形肋条。
由上述方案可知,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1、导流瓦在两侧边缘开有纵向U形槽,凸背面设有定形肋条,顶部设有瓦顶帽,提高了导流瓦的刚性与强度,保证了导流瓦的质量,且增强了导流效果。
2、结构简单、设计合理,采用耐热不锈钢材质加工制作,使用寿命长,能承受低压缸高温高压蒸汽冲刷,具有良好的抗热振性和耐冲蚀性,特别适用于汽轮机低压缸排汽通道优化改造。

如图1至图3所示,本实用新型包括导流瓦1、U形导流槽2、瓦顶帽3和定形肋条4。导流瓦1为弧形板状结构,弧度α为0.70~1.22rad,弧长L为1250~1500mm,宽度B为440~600,厚度H为5mm;导流瓦1两侧边缘对称开有纵向U形槽2,U形槽2上部宽度a为34mm,深度h为15mm,U形槽2的中心线距导流瓦1最近纵向边线距离d为57mm,顶部设有瓦顶帽3,凸背面中部安装定形肋条4。
导流瓦1的U形槽2、瓦顶帽3及定形肋条4结构设计,提高了导流瓦1的刚性与强度,保证了导流瓦1的质量,且增强了导流效果。导流瓦1采用耐热不锈钢材质,能承受低压缸高温高压蒸汽冲刷,具有良好的抗热振性和耐侵蚀性;同时,导流瓦1弯板制作时严格控制回弹量,U形导流槽2采用专用设备一次压制成型,保证在高温高压环境下导流瓦1的热应力、热膨胀、热变形在允许范围。
