Abstract

锅筒尾部带有受热面的节能蒸汽锅炉,包括上、下锅筒,连接在上、下锅筒间的对流管束,其特征在于在蒸汽锅炉锅筒内靠进尾部对流受热面处设置一钢板制成的隔离腔,形成一节能受热腔,进水管接在隔离腔上。采取上述结构后,从原来是饱和温度的锅筒尾部受热面中分隔出一部分成为温度较低的节能受热面,使这一部分在锅炉运行时实现了较低温度的烟气对更低温度节能受热面的传热,加大了传热温差,强化了传热,从而降低了排烟温度,达到了节能的效果。

本实用新型属于蒸汽锅炉。 
背景技术
锅炉排烟热损失是锅炉的主要热损失之一,降低锅炉排烟热损失是提高锅炉热效率从而节约燃料的重要途径。在锅炉的尾部布置省煤器是国内外常用的方法,但有些锅炉由于结构的限制无法采用省煤器,有些锅炉由于省煤器的设置而带来制造上的困难和成本的提高,这些都限制了锅炉热效率的提高。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、成本低、节能效果好的锅筒尾部带有受热面的节能蒸汽锅炉。如附图1和附图2所示,本实用新型是对现有蒸汽锅炉的改进,包括上下锅筒,连接在上下锅筒间的对流管束,其特征在于在蒸汽锅炉锅筒内靠进尾部对流受热面处设置一钢板制成的隔离腔,形成一节能受热腔,进水管接在隔离腔上。采取这种结构后,从原来是饱和温度的锅筒尾部受热面中分隔出一部分成为温度较低的节能受热面,使这一部分在锅炉运行时实现了较低温度的烟气对更低温度节能受热面的传热,加大了传热温差,强化了传热,从而降低了排烟温度,达到了节能的效果。 
蒸汽锅炉采取这种结构后,在不增加受热面的情况下,使排烟温度降低40—50℃,提高热效率近2%,节能效果显著,具有很大的社会效益。本锅炉制造简易,成本大大低于带省煤器的同型号锅炉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出本实用新型的一个实例。对燃油蒸汽锅炉实施本实用新型的结构,将钢板制成“U”形腔,焊接在下锅筒中,进水管焊接在U形腔的端面,“U”形隔离装置与锅筒及锅筒上尾部对流管束构成节能受热腔,节能受热腔内有21排105根对流管,得到了约32平方米的节能受热面,可使锅炉的排烟温度由230℃降低到180℃,耗油量降低2%,提高热效率2%。

1.锅筒尾部带有受热面的节能蒸汽锅炉,包括上、下锅筒,连接在上、下锅筒间的对流管束,其特征在于在蒸汽锅炉锅筒内靠进尾部对流受热面处设置一钢板制成的隔离腔,形成一节能受热腔,进水管接在隔离腔上。
