技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种混凝土柱脚结构,尤其是一种型钢混凝土柱脚。 
背景技术
目前,型钢-混凝土组合结构已普遍应用于建筑工程,型钢-混凝土组合结构技术近几年也逐步趋于成熟,型钢-混凝土柱因承载力高,延性好等优点在工程中大量应用,并且随着高层,超高层等建筑的大量出现,型钢-混凝土柱的应用也越来越普遍。  
现有的型钢混凝土柱脚均采用埋入式,存在的缺陷:安装定位麻烦、混凝土的密实性较差。 
发明内容
为了克服已有型钢混凝土柱脚的安装定位麻烦、混凝土的密实性较差的不足,本实用新型提供一种安装定位方便、混凝土的密实性良好的型钢混凝土非埋入式柱脚。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种型钢混凝土非埋入式柱脚,所述非埋入式柱脚包括柱纵筋、柱箍筋和柱内型钢,所述柱箍筋套装在柱纵筋上,所述柱纵筋伸入所述基础内,所述基础上布置垫板,所述垫板位于柱纵筋内,所述垫板底部设有抗剪键,所述垫板通过地锚螺栓固定在基础上,所述柱内型钢的底部安装在所述垫板上。 
进一步,所述垫板上安装加劲板,所述柱内型钢的侧面安装栓钉。 
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在: 
(1)考虑抗剪键的设置,安装; 
(2)提高型钢下混凝土的密实性; 
(3)增设型钢的预调平装置; 
(4)符合规范要求,安全可靠 
(5)施工方便。

参照图1,一种型钢混凝土非埋入式柱脚,所述非埋入式柱脚包括柱纵筋1、柱箍筋2和柱内型钢3,所述柱箍筋2套装在柱纵筋1上,所述柱纵筋1伸入所述基础内,所述基础上布置垫板4,所述垫板4位于柱纵筋1内,所述垫板4底部设有抗剪键5,所述垫板通过地锚螺栓6固定在基础上,所述柱内型钢3的底部安装在所述垫板4上。 
进一步,所述垫板4上安装加劲板7,所述柱内型钢3的侧面安装栓钉8。 
本实施例的施工顺序:绑扎基础钢筋,地锚螺栓安装到位,浇筑基础混凝土,预留抗剪键安装空间,地锚螺栓上安装预调平螺母、调平,框架柱吊装到位,预调平螺栓二次调平,安装双螺母,浇筑钢柱底无收缩混凝土。 
其中柱内型钢3吊装前,应在把垫板4及加劲板7安装到位,且在垫板4安装前预留气孔。

1.一种型钢混凝土非埋入式柱脚,其特征在于:所述非埋入式柱脚包括柱纵筋、柱箍筋和柱内型钢,所述柱箍筋套装在柱纵筋上,所述柱纵筋伸入所述基础内,所述基础上布置垫板,所述垫板位于柱纵筋内,所述垫板底部设有抗剪键,所述垫板通过地锚螺栓固定在基础上,所述柱内型钢的底部安装在所述垫板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的型钢混凝土非埋入式柱脚,其特征在于:所述垫板上安装加劲板,所述柱内型钢的侧面安装栓钉。
