本实用新型属于一种冶金石灰的粉磨。
背景技术
在矿物的浮选过程中需要冶金石灰为抑制剂或调整剂，但是浮选过程中需要的冶金石灰对细度要求极为苛刻，一般要求在-300目以上，常用的冶金石灰的粉磨过程，粉磨设备密封性差，粉尘大，给料不均匀，故障率高等诸多缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对存在的问题，提供一种流程设计简洁、效率高、粉尘污染轻的冶金石灰的粉磨。
本实用新型为解决技术问题所采用的方案是：一种冶金石灰的粉磨，由料仓、给料机、传送带、雷蒙机、提升机、储料罐组成，其特征在于所述的料仓下方安装给料机，且料仓的出料口和给料机的进料口相接，给料机下方的出料口安装传送带，传送带另一端与雷蒙机进料口相接，雷蒙机出料口与提升机进料口相接，提升机的出料口与储料罐连通；所述的料仓将原料冶金石灰经下方的出料口送入给料机进料口，通过给料机下方的出料口均匀地送到传送带上，由传送带送入雷蒙机进料口，经过雷蒙机粉磨后由提升机送入储料罐备用。
本实用新型有益效果，该流程设计紧凑、合理，效率高，给料均匀，粉磨设备密封性好，粉尘小，污染轻。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种冶金石灰的粉磨，用铲车将原料冶金石灰送入料仓1，原料经料仓1下方的出料口送入给料机2进料口，通过给料机2下方的出料口均匀地送到传送带3上，由传送带3送入雷蒙机4进料口，经过雷蒙机4粉磨后由提升机5送入储料罐6备用。
