技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种输电线缆,尤其涉及一种复合式电力传输电缆。
背景技术
电缆尤其是容量相对较大的电力电缆(例如6千伏以上电力电线),在通电运行过程中,客观上会产生大量的热量,而且受电缆结构及材料、外部环境等制约,产生的热量难以很快散发,从而引起电缆快速温升。电缆升温不仅会导致电缆载流能力的下降,而且严重时会导致电缆的热击穿;同时,电缆升温还加速了电缆老化,降低了电缆的有效使用寿命。为此,人们提出多种措施,以降低电线的工作发热。例如采用圆型或一字型排列绝缘管,使每根绝缘管只供一根导线敷设,同时也可供降温气体循环流通。此结构电缆实际通风能力有限,降温效果不明显,而且使得电缆外径大大增加,不利于正常敷设,敷设占空间大;绝缘管受机械外力压扁或破损堵塞,则会失去作用;此外,此结构不能用于中高压(例如6千伏以上)电线,因此实际难以得到推广应用。此外,人们更多想到采用水冷电缆结构,在缆芯间拼合有通水管,以流动水带走电缆芯产生的热量,从而达到冷却电缆。然而通水电缆为确保绝缘,温水管壁需较厚,这样不仅影响电缆的弯曲性能,而且电缆外径大幅度增加,同样不利于正常敷设,并且制造成本提高较大,运行中存在很大的安全隐患,由于受高压电缆结构制约,很难在电缆中加管壁较厚的通水管,因此通水电缆结构只适用于低压电缆。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种复合式电力传输电缆。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本实用新型包括外护套和多个导电缆芯,所述导电缆芯与所述外护套之间的空隙设置有填充层,所述导电缆芯的绝缘体的内壁面上均匀分布多个凹槽,所述填充层上设置有中空通道,所述填充层与所述导电缆芯的绝缘体接触面上设置有导热体,所述填充层的中空通道中设置有吸热管。
具体地,所述导电缆芯的绝缘体的内壁面上均匀分布八个凹槽。
进一步地,所述导电缆芯有三个。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本实用新型包括外护套1和三个导电缆芯,导电缆芯与外护套1之间的空隙设置有填充层2,导电缆芯绝缘体6的内壁面上均匀分布八个凹槽,填充层2上设置有中空通道3,填充层2与导电缆芯绝缘体6接触面上设置有导热体4,填充层2的中空通道3中设置有吸热管5。
如图1所示,导电缆芯的绝缘体6的内壁面上均匀分布八个凹槽7,通过凹槽7能增大绝缘体6的散热面积,有利于将热量及时排到导电缆芯的绝缘体6上。填充层2上设有中空通道3。填充层2将绝缘体6上的热量进行吸收后,将热量排到中空通道3中,通过中空通道3排出,致使电缆由常规的横向缓慢散热变为纵向快速通风散热,有效降低或控制电缆运行温升。

1.一种复合式电力传输电缆,包括外护套和多个导电缆芯,所述导电缆芯与所述外护套之间的空隙设置有填充层,其特征在于:所述导电缆芯的绝缘体的内壁面上均匀分布多个凹槽,所述填充层上设置有中空通道,所述填充层与所述导电缆芯的绝缘体接触面上设置有导热体,所述填充层的中空通道中设置有吸热管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合式电力传输电缆,其特征在于:所述导电缆芯的绝缘体的内壁面上均匀分布八个凹槽。
