    本实用新型属于工业窑炉环保技术领域,尤其涉及一种工业窑炉废气热能回收系统。
背景技术
     碳素厂、玻璃窑、回转窑石灰厂生产过程中的废气温度很高, 通常高达600- 950 ℃以上,烟气热焓高,可利用余热回收设备将余热回收、来生产蒸汽进行发电。
     余热发电,除本被废弃 的高温烟气外不需新增其他燃料, 既回收了二次能源,也减少二氧化碳、二氧化硫、粉尘的排放量,又减 少了热污染, 对厂区及其周边大气环境具有改善作用,同时也相当于减少了发同等电量燃煤产生的烟气,属于二次能源回收再利用的节能环保型项目,符合国家大力发展循环经济和环保的要求。同时它也给企业带来极大的经济效益和良好的环境效益及社会效益。

    本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术中的不足,提供一种工业窑炉废气热能回收系统。
为了解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种工业窑炉废气热能回收系统,工业窑炉通过余热烟气管道与余热锅炉上部连接,余热锅炉的蒸汽管道与汽轮机连接,汽轮机的输出端连接有发电机。
本实用新型既能有效提高企业自供电率,又可取得一定的经济效益,实现企业节能减排降耗增效是目的, 可取得良好的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种工业窑炉废气热能回收系统,工业窑炉1通过余热烟气管道2与余热锅炉3上部连接,余热锅炉3的蒸汽管道4与汽轮机5连接,汽轮机5的输出端连接有发电机6。
工作原理:工业窑炉将产生的余热烟气排至余热锅炉,余热锅炉吸收其热能将废热烟气的热能转换为具有一定参数要求的蒸汽,蒸汽进入汽轮机推动汽轮机叶片旋转,将蒸汽的热能转换为机械能,机械能带动发电机转子转动发出电能,电能通过电力管网输送给用户。
在实践中,一个年产 5 万吨的罐式煅烧 炉生产线, 1小时发电量可达2000KW,年发电为8000小时,总发电量为1620万KW/年,仅此一项 可给企业带来上千万纯利润,节能效果相当可观。
