背景技术
汽车行驶中摩擦产生的热胀超过了轮胎的额定压力会产生爆胎的现象,现有的技术只是解决了轮胎内高压与低压的告警问题,还不能及时对出现的警告采取有效的解决措施;或者是通过改造轮胎内胎的结构,即改变了轮胎的生产工艺来达到减压的目的,改造麻烦,制作加工成本高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防爆轮胎,其结构改进简单,只在轮胎充气咀的咀口上安装一减压阀,无需改进轮胎生产工艺,安装简便、成本低、实用性强。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种防爆轮胎,包括有轮胎,轮胎上安装有充气咀,其特征在于:所述充气咀的咀口上安装有一减压阀,所述的轮胎内安装有带有无线芯片的气压传感器,所述的减压阀为电磁减压阀,所述的气压传感器感应电磁减压阀工作。
所述的轮胎内气压超过额定压力10%时减压阀自动放气至额定压力的95%左右。
本实用新型中气压传感器感应压力超过设定上限时告警,此时减压阀工作。
本实用新型中减压阀为市场上通用的各式减压阀。
本实用新型的优点是:
