本实用新型公开了一种多功能健身器材，它包括包布、主架、角架、海绵管、两个手压支架、两个支撑架、两块具有弹性的拉力板；所述的包布包裹主架上，主架后侧的两个角部分别设有一角架，两个手压支架的下端分别铰接在两个角架上，海绵管套接在手压支架的上部，两个支撑架的下端分别连接在两个角架上，拉力板的两端分别连接在手压支架的中部和支撑架的上部。由于本实用新型的手压支架、支撑架、拉力板构成一个三角形受力机构，配合橡胶材料制成的拉力板实现受力，可作为脚踏器、手握器、仰卧板、伏地挺身仪等健身设备使用，功能多样，可给练习者提供更多的使用选择性，故，本实用新型具有结构简单、价格低廉的优点。

背景技术
随着时代的进步，生活富裕充足，在丰衣足食的时候,肥胖症随之而来，而随着肥胖所带来的后遗症亦层出不穷，诸如高血压、心脏病等，且大多数年轻人更是无法接受集赘肉于一身的自己。 因此，市面上便出现许多减肥与塑身器材，特别是出现了许多针对腹部锻炼的器材，但此种器材功能大都较为单一，如果具有较多功能的健身器材价格皆较为昂贵，非一般上班族所能负担得起。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、价格低廉的多功能健身器材。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
本实用新型是一种多功能健身器材，它包括包布、主架、角架、海绵管、两个手压支架、两个支撑架、两块具有弹性的拉力板；所述的包布包裹主架上，主架后侧的两个角部分别设有一角架，两个手压支架的下端分别铰接在两个角架上，海绵管套接在手压支架的上部，两个支撑架的下端分别连接在两个角架上，拉力板的两端分别连接在手压支架的中部和支撑架的上部，手压支架、支撑架、拉力板构成一个三角形受力机构。
所述的支撑架的下端通过螺栓铰接在角架上，并在铰接点的上方活动穿设一拉销。
所述的手压支架为L形构件，它由摆杆和压杆构成；所述的压杆垂直固接在摆杆的上端，摆杆的下端通过螺栓铰接在角架上，海绵管套接在压杆上，在摆杆上开设二个以上与拉力板连接的连接孔；所述的拉力板的一端通过梅花旋钮连接在摆杆上。
所述的拉力板的另一端通过塑胶盖、手握球头和螺钉固定在支撑架的上部。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是一种多功能健身器材，它包括包布1、主架2、拉销3、角架4、海绵管5、两个手压支架6、两个支撑架7、两块具有弹性的拉力板8、梅花旋钮9。
结合图4、图5所示，所述的包布3包裹主架2上，主架2后侧的两个角部分别设有一角架4。
如图1、图2所示，所述的手压支架6为L形构件，它由摆杆61和压杆62构成；所述的压杆62垂直固接在摆杆61的上端，摆杆61的下端通过螺栓91铰接在角架4上，海绵管5套接在压杆62上，在摆杆61上开设三个与拉力板8连接的连接孔611；所述的拉力板8的一端通过穿设于摆杆61连接孔611上的梅花旋钮9连接在摆杆61上，通过调整梅花旋钮9穿设摆杆61上不同的连接孔611，就可方便的调整手压支架6的摆动压力。所述的两个手压支架6相对设置且其下端分别铰接在两个角架4上，
所述的支撑架7的下端通过螺栓92铰接在角架4上，并在铰接点的上方活动穿设一拉销3，该拉销3与螺栓92配合可将支撑架7的下端固定在角架4上，该拉销3也可抽出而将支撑架7折叠收纳后靠向主架2（如图3所示）。两个支撑架7相对设置且的下端分别连接在两个角架4上。
所述的拉力板8由具有弹性的橡胶材料制成，拉力板8的一端通过梅花旋钮连接在手压支架6的中部，拉力板8的另一端通过塑胶盖11、手握球头12和螺钉13固定在支撑架7的上部。所述的手压支架6、支撑架7、拉力板8构成一个三角形受力机构。
 如图6所示，是本实用新型作为脚踏器使用的状态图。练习者坐在椅子上，脚踏在套接于手压支架6压杆62（如图2所示）上的海绵管5进行锻炼。
如图7所示，是本实用新型作为手握器使用的状态图。练习者跪在主架2上，手握套接于手压支架6压杆62（如图2所示）上的海绵管5进行锻炼。
如图8所示，是本实用新型作为仰卧板使用的状态图。练习者坐在主架2上，背靠两个套接于手压支架6压杆62（如图2所示）上的海绵管5进行锻炼。
如图9所示，是本实用新型作为伏地挺身仪使用的状态图。练习者趴在地上，腹部顶在套接于手压支架6压杆62（如图2所示）上的海绵管5进行锻炼。

1.一种多功能健身器材，其特征在于：它包括包布、主架、角架、海绵管、两个手压支架、两个支撑架、两块具有弹性的拉力板；所述的包布包裹主架上，主架后侧的两个角部分别设有一角架，两个手压支架的下端分别铰接在两个角架上，海绵管套接在手压支架的上部，两个支撑架的下端分别连接在两个角架上，拉力板的两端分别连接在手压支架的中部和支撑架的上部，手压支架、支撑架、拉力板构成一个三角形受力机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能健身器材，其特征在于：所述的支撑架的下端通过螺栓铰接在角架上，并在铰接点的上方活动穿设一拉销。
