Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种仰卧起坐支撑工具，包括支撑板和支撑腿，支撑板为条形板状结构，在前、后端两侧分别安装支撑腿；支撑板前端表面设有软垫、后端表面加工有竖直状卡环；后端支撑腿为伸缩结构。运动时，使用者躺在支撑板上，把头部靠在软垫上，把脚伸入卡环内，用脚掌勾住卡环后，腰腹部用力把上半身向腿部弯曲，便可作出仰卧起坐的动作，实现运动锻炼目的；使用者可调整后端支撑腿高度，改变支撑板的倾斜度，改变运动强度，为不同运动者提供不同强度的锻炼方式。本实用新型具有工艺合理、使用方便、安全舒适等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种运动器械，尤其是一种仰卧起坐支撑工具。
背景技术
在健身运动中，仰卧起坐是一种被广泛推崇的运动锻炼方法。但是，目前的仰卧起坐锻炼工具比较匮乏，而且功能比较简单，只能提供支撑功效，无法提供舒适的锻炼条件；另外，现在的仰卧起坐锻炼工具普遍无法调整支撑腿的高度，也因此无法改变支撑板的倾斜度，不能因人而异的更变锻炼强度。为了解决上述问题，我们提供了一种新式仰卧起坐支撑工具。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种仰卧起坐支撑工具，用于解决普通支撑工具舒适性差、不便调整倾斜度的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型仰卧起坐支撑工具，包括支撑板以及支撑腿，支撑板为条形板状结构，在前、后端两侧分别安装支撑腿；支撑板前端表面设有软垫、后端表面加工有竖直状卡环；后端支撑腿为伸缩结构。
采用上述结构后，运动时，使用者躺在支撑板上，把头部靠在软垫上，把脚伸入卡环内，用脚掌勾住卡环后，腰腹部用力把上半身向腿部弯曲，便可作出仰卧起坐的动作，实现运动锻炼目的；另外，使用者还可调整后端支撑腿的高度，从而改变支撑板的倾斜度，改变运动强度，为不同运动者提供不同强度的锻炼方式。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：工艺合理、使用方便、安全舒适，可随意调整倾斜度，改变运动强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型仰卧起坐支撑工具，包括支撑板1以及支撑腿2，支撑板1为条形板状结构，在前、后端两侧分别安装支撑腿2；支撑板1前端表面设有软垫3、后端表面加工有竖直状卡环4；后端支撑腿2为伸缩结构。其中，后端支撑腿2为圆柱体结构，采用分段式螺纹连接结构，通过旋转调整支撑腿2的高度。

1、一种仰卧起坐支撑工具，包括支撑板(1)以及支撑腿(2)，其特征在于：支撑板(1)为条形板状结构，在前、后端两侧分别安装支撑腿(2)；支撑板(1)前端表面设有软垫(3)、后端表面加工有竖直状卡环(4)；后端支撑腿(2)为伸缩结构。
