本实用新型公开了一种10kV线路智能无功补偿装置,包括安装在电源侧线路上的户外开合式采样用高压电流互感器、跌落式熔断器、避雷器、装置本体、户外高压并联电容器及柱上装控制器;装置本体为一金属壳体,其壳外装有户外复合绝缘支柱绝缘子,其壳内装有保护电流互感器、投切电容器专用真空开关、真空开关用电压互感器,即电源PT;控制器内装有无功补偿控制器及二次控制元器件。本实用新型可以解决无功补偿装置既安装方便、又经济实用的技术问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力设备,特别是涉及一种10kV线路智能无功补偿装置。 
背景技术
在10kV线路上,无功补偿一般采用自动投切式高压并联电容补偿装置。现有的装置或者将一次设备逐个分别安装在户外柱上、或者都集中安装在一金属壳体内。上述两种装置都有弊端,逐个安装繁琐,工作量大,安全隐患大;全部集中安装虽然简单,也比较安全,但是整体体积大,一般需双杆安装,整体造价也高,还有控制器也在一起,操作及观察均不方便。因此,提供一种既安装方便、又经济实用的线路无功补偿装置就比较迫切。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种10kV线路智能无功补偿装置,以解决无功补偿装置既安装方便、又经济实用的技术问题。 
为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下: 
一种10kV线路智能无功补偿装置,包括安装在电源侧线路上的户外开合式采样用高压电流互感器、跌落式熔断器、避雷器、装置本体、户外高压并联电容器及柱上装控制器;装置本体为一金属壳体,其壳外装有户外复合绝缘支柱绝缘子,其壳内装有保护电流互感器、投切电容器专用真空开关、真空开关用电压互感器,即电源PT;控制器内装有无功补偿控制器及二次控制元器件;所述开合式采样用高压电流互感器与控制器连接,电源三相线路通过跌落式熔断器分别与避雷器、电压互感器、保护用电流互感器、一组户外高压电容器和投切电容器专用真空开关连接,电压互感器的另一端与控制器连接,所投切电容器专用真空开关的另一端与另一组户外高压并联电容器连接。 
本实用新型的优点是本10kV线路智能无功补偿装置,有较好的集成度,但又有安装、操作的灵活性和绝缘可靠性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的电路及安装结构参见图1、2。在图1中,包括安装在电源侧线路上的户外开合式采样用高压电流互感器1TAc、跌落式熔断器FU、避雷器F、装置本体、户外高压并联电容器1C、2C及柱上装控制器;装置本体为一金属壳体,其壳外装有户外复合绝缘支柱绝缘子,其壳内装有保护电流互感器(图1中的TAa、Tab、TAc端为接保护电流互感器端)、投切电容器专用真空开关QM、真空开关用电压互感器TV10/0.22KV,即电源PT;控制器内装有无功补偿控制器及二次控制元器件;所述开合式采样用高压电流互感器1TAc与控制器连接,电源三相线路通过跌落式熔断器FU分别与避雷器F、电压互感器TV10/0.22KV、保护用电流互感器、一组户外高压电容器和投切电容器专用真空开关QM连接,电压互感器TV10/0.22KV的另一端与控制器连接,所投切电容器专用真空开关QM的另一端与另一组户外高压并联电容器1C、2C连接。 
在图2中,电线杆上由高至低分别安装有避雷器2与跌落式熔断器3、装置本体5与户外高压电容器4、控制器(又称电气控制箱)6。所述真空开关用电压互感器1设在高压线路上。

1.一种10kV线路智能无功补偿装置,包括安装在电源侧线路上的户外开合式采样用高压电流互感器、跌落式熔断器、避雷器、装置本体、户外高压并联电容器及柱上装控制器;其特征是装置本体为一金属壳体,其壳外装有户外复合绝缘支柱绝缘子,其壳内装有保护电流互感器、投切电容器专用真空开关、真空开关用电压互感器,即电源PT;控制器内装有无功补偿控制器及二次控制元器件;所述开合式采样用高压电流互感器与控制器连接,电源三相线路通过跌落式熔断器分别与避雷器、电压互感器、保护用电流互感器、一组户外高压电容器和投切电容器专用真空开关连接,电压互感器的另一端与控制器连接,所投切电容器专用真空开关的另一端与另一组户外高压并联电容器连接。
