本实用新型涉及高压开关柜的辅助设备，尤其是一种采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车。
背景技术
通常，要采集高压开关柜三相间的电压信号，需要在手车上安装两个电压互感器，由于两个电压互感器的安装位置和绝缘间隔的限制，这样的手车宽度较大，一般要达到650mm以上。而目前，已有部分开关柜的宽度小于600mm，因此这种传统的采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车不能与宽带较小的高压开关柜配套使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车，结构紧凑，体积小，能与宽带较小的高压开关柜配套使用。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车，包括底盘车，底盘车的上面装有电压互感器，所述电压互感器包括A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂和第一线圈、第二线圈，A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂、第一线圈和第二线圈包覆在同一绝缘外壳内，A相触臂与第一线圈的进线端电连接，第一线圈出线端和第二线圈进线端电连接后再与B相触臂电连接，第二线圈出线端与C相触臂电连接。
进一步改进，A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂的前端均设有触头，A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂的中间均装有熔断器，所述触头与所述熔断器之间装有压簧。改善A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂与高压开关柜母线间的接触性能，并对线路进行保护。
优选所述绝缘壳体由环氧树脂构成。
进一步改进，所述底盘车前端的上部固定有面板，面板上装有58针的航空插头。
进一步改进，所述面板上还设置有标识牌。
本实用新型由于把A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂、第一线圈和第二线圈包覆在同一绝缘外壳内，同时A相触臂与第一线圈的进线端电连接，第一线圈出线端和第二线圈进线端电连接后再与B相触臂电连接，第二线圈出线端与C相触臂电连接；相等于把A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂和两个电压互感器进行集成，又确保A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂之间的绝缘间隔，其结构非常紧凑，体积小，因此整个手车的宽度可以做得较小，能与宽带较小的高压开关柜配套使用。

图1至图4所示，一种采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车，包括底盘车1，底盘车1的上面装有电压互感器2，所述电压互感器2包括A相触臂21、B相触臂22、C相触臂23和第一线圈24、第二线圈25，A相触臂21、B相触臂22、C相触臂23、第一线圈24和第二线圈25包覆在同一绝缘外壳26内，A相触臂21与第一线圈24的进线端电连接，第一线圈24出线端和第二线圈25进线端电连接后再与B相触臂22电连接，第二线圈25出线端与C相触臂23电连接。
A相触臂21、B相触臂22、C相触臂23的前端设有触头211、221、231，A相触臂21、B相触臂22、C相触臂23的中间装有熔断器212、222、232，所述触头211、221、231与所述熔断器212、222、232之间装有压簧213、223、233。
优选所述绝缘壳体26由环氧树脂构成。
所述底盘车1前端的上部固定有面板3，面板3上装有58针的航空插头4。
所述面板3上还设置有标识牌31。
优选B相触臂22与A相触臂21和C相触臂23的间隔为150mm。
优选底盘车1的宽度为410mm。

1.一种采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车，包括底盘车，底盘车的上面装有电压互感器，其特征在于：所述电压互感器包括A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂和第一线圈、第二线圈，A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂、第一线圈和第二线圈包覆在同一绝缘外壳内，A相触臂与第一线圈的进线端电连接，第一线圈出线端和第二线圈进线端电连接后再与B相触臂电连接，第二线圈出线端与C相触臂电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车，其特征在于：A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂的前端均设有触头，A相触臂、B相触臂、C相触臂的中间均装有熔断器，所述触头与所述熔断器之间装有压簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车，其特征在于：所述绝缘壳体由环氧树脂构成。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种采集高压开关柜电压信号的手车，其特征在于：所述底盘车前端的上部固定有面板，面板上装有58针的航空插头。
