Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种触摸屏传感器测试装置,包括一测试板,测试板一端连接PC电脑,另一端依次连接指示灯和FPC软板,FPC软板固定于治具上。FPC软板与传感器功能片的金手指对应连接。本实用新型由常用的单片传感器测试改为多片传感器同时进行测试,所使用的新型测试治具可同时假压多片传感器。治具内的测试主板可采集多片传感器的测试数据,通过线路连接,传输到电脑的测试软件内进行处理。本实用新型可以多片传感器同时进行测试,提高测试工作的效率,降低产生设备的投入,从而节省生产成本。

技术领域
    本实用新型涉及电容式触摸屏,具体地说是用于手机行业生产作业中对电容式触摸屏Sensor(传感器)的测试,特别涉及一种触摸屏传感器测试装置。 
背景技术
目前手机行业生产作业时,对触摸屏Sensor常见的测试方式是将一片电容式触摸屏中的线路软板直接嫁压在Sensor上,再通过电脑内的测试软件来判断Sensor的好坏。但因测试时都是人工进行单片测试,每台治具需要单独配备一台电脑,使得生产作业时对Sensor的测试效率大大降低,并且由于测试治具及电脑的价格较昂贵,造成生产成本的大大提高。通过该实用新型的使用,不仅能使测试工作效率取得提高,还能降低生产成本。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提出一种触摸屏Sensor测试装置,通过对测试治具的改进和对测试软件的调整,从而加快测试效率,减少对生产设备的投入。 
针对上述技术问题,本实用新型采取以下技术方案,触摸屏传感器测试装置,其特征在于,包括一测试板,测试板一端连接PC电脑,另一端依次连接指示灯和FPC软板,FPC软板固定于治具上。 
所述FPC软板的一侧设有金手指,且与传感器功能片的金手指对应连接。 
触摸屏Sensor测试装置,由常用的单片Sensor测试改为多片Sensor同时进行测试,所使用的新型测试治具可同时假压多片Sensor。治具内的测试主板可采集多片Sensor的测试数据,通过线路连接,传输到电脑的测试软件内进行处理。 
本实用新型的优点是,可以多片Sensor同时进行测试,提高测试工作的效率,降低产生设备的投入,从而节省生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,参见图1,触摸屏传感器测试装置,包括一测试板1,测试板1一端连接PC电脑2,另一端依次连接指示灯6和FPC软板3,FPC软板3固定于治具5上。 
所述FPC软板3的一侧设有金手指,且与传感器功能片4的金手指对应连接。 
实施例:本实用新型的一个较佳实施方式,将传感器功能片4分别夹在测试治具的夹具上,待四个夹位上的四个指示灯点亮时,确认每块FPC软板3已与Sensor连通,启动PC电脑2上安装的测试软件进行测试,通过FPC软板3上的驱动IC对Sensor功能片4进行扫描,并将采集到的数据进行分析,然后通过测试板1传输到PC电脑2,这些数据经过软件的处理转换为较直观图形、数字,以便测试人员进行功能判断。

1.触摸屏传感器测试装置,其特征在于,包括一测试板,测试板一端连接PC电脑,另一端依次连接指示灯和FPC软板,FPC软板固定于治具上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏传感器测试装置,其特征在于,所述FPC软板的一侧设有金手指,且与传感器功能片的金手指对应连接。
