普通的烘房，加热管直接布置在烘烤室内，离加热管远近不同的生鸭受热不均匀，影响酱鸭质量；加热管易受含有盐分物质的侵蚀，使用寿命短。
（三）发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有烘房存在的缺陷，提供一种酱鸭受热均匀、加热管使用寿命长的酱鸭烘房。
为此，本实用新型采取以下技术方案：
一种酱鸭烘房，包括有通过隔墙分隔为彼此独立的烘烤室和加热室，所述加热室布置在烘烤室上方，所述加热室内设有加热盘管；所述隔墙上开有通孔，通孔内布置有高温风机；所述隔墙上还设有供烘烤室和加热室气体交换的回风口。
所述烘烤室内设有摆风装置。
