本实用新型涉及一种干燥装置，尤其涉及一种节能干燥装置。
背景技术
在涂布机的干燥装置中，通常采用烘箱对水性转移膜表面的水分进行加热烘干，而这样的干燥方式起到的干燥效果不好，不能让水分充分的蒸发，从而影响水性转移膜的品质；另外烘箱在加热烘干的过程中排出尾气具有很高的热量，而热量却不能很好的利用，在一定程度上增加了能量的消耗，提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型在于克服上述不足，提供一种干燥效果更好同时也降低能耗的节能干燥装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
本实用新型节能干燥装置，包括箱体，所述箱体的内壁设有灯架，所述灯架上设有红外灯管，所述箱体的上方设有电热管，所述电热管的上方设有风机，所述风机的上方设有无源热管热回收机，所述无源热管热回收机设有热管，所述无源热管热回收机的顶部设有进气口和出气口，所述进气口位于出气口的右侧。
本实用新型节能干燥装置，所述红外灯管有多个。

参见图1，本实用新型节能干燥装置，包括箱体1，所述箱体1的内壁设有灯架2，所述灯架2上设有红外灯管2-1，所述红外灯管2-1有多个，所述箱体1的上方设有电热管3，所述电热管3的上方设有风机4，所述风机4的上方设有无源热管热回收机5，所述无源热管热回收机5设有热管6，所述无源热管热回收机5的顶部设有进气口7和出气口8，所述进气口7位于出气口8的右侧。
在风机4的作用下，新风从进气口7进入无源热管热回收机5，然后离开无源热管热回收机5后在电热管3内加热，随后进入箱体1内，在红外灯管2-1的作用下，水性转移膜表面的水分充分蒸发；随后从箱体1产生的尾气进入无源热管热回收机5，由于尾气具有一定的热量，通过热管6的热传递可以对新风进行加热，升高了新风的温度，降低了电热管3的功率，减少了能耗。

1.一种节能干燥装置，包括箱体（1），其特征是：所述箱体（1）的内壁设有灯架（2），所述灯架（2）上设有红外灯管（2-1），所述箱体（1）的上方设有电热管（3），所述电热管（3）的上方设有风机（4），所述风机（4）的上方设有无源热管热回收机（5），所述无源热管热回收机（5）设有热管（6），所述无源热管热回收机（5）的顶部设有进气口（7）和出气口（8），所述进气口（7）位于出气口（8）的右侧。
