Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种微晶炉,其包括炉体和炉门,所述炉体内部由加热隔板分隔成上中下三个炉区。为了减少进一步减少加热温差,在所述各炉区的炉体侧壁上分别安装热电偶。本实用新型通过减少加热炉区及在温度比较低的炉区侧面增设热电偶,使得炉区各部分的温度趋于一致,将各区域温差控制在±5℃之内,提高了微晶玻璃热处理的质量。

一种微晶炉
技术领域
   本实用新型涉及微晶玻璃制造领域,具体是一种用于制造微晶玻璃的微晶炉。
背景技术
微晶玻璃是化学成份和熔化要求很高的特定组成玻璃,在一定温度下热处理后变成有微晶体和玻璃相均匀分布的复合材料,也称作陶瓷玻璃。它具有低膨胀系数、机械强度高、化学稳定性及热稳定性好、使用温度高及坚硬耐磨等优良性能。
微晶炉是用于微晶玻璃热处理工序中的重要设备,在热处理工序中对温度的控制要求极高,为了使放置在微晶炉中各区域的微晶玻璃处于严格的加热温度之下,要求微晶炉内各区域温差为±5℃。现有的微晶炉结构如图1所示,炉体采用保温结构,在炉体中通过加热隔板分作四个炉区,加热隔板作为加热器件,此种结构导致炉区中各区域温差较大,甚至达到±20℃.过高的温差导致一批微晶玻璃器件的质量存在差异。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种炉内温差小,加工质量高的微晶炉。
本实用新型所述的一种微晶炉,其包括炉体和炉门,所述炉体内部由加热隔板分隔成上中下三个炉区。
为了减少进一步减少加热温差,在所述各炉区的炉体侧壁上分别安装热电偶。
作为改进,所述加热隔板沿炉区上下两面安装,在各炉区的安装有微晶玻璃承烧板。  
本实用新型通过减少加热炉区及在温度比较低的炉区侧面增设热电偶,使得炉区各部分的温度趋于一致,将各区域温差控制在±5℃之内,提高了微晶玻璃热处理的质量。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型的微晶炉,其包括炉体1和炉门2,炉门及炉体内壁安装挡火棉板6,所述炉体1内部由加热隔板3分隔成上中下三个炉区,且加热隔板3沿炉区上下两面安装。在各炉区的炉体1侧壁上分别安装热电偶4。,在各炉区的安装有微晶玻璃承烧板5。
本实用新型具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种微晶炉,其包括炉体(1)和炉门(2),其特征在于,所述炉体(1)内部由加热隔板(3)分隔成上中下三个炉区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微晶炉,其特征在于,在所述各炉区的炉体(1)侧壁上分别安装热电偶(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的微晶炉,其特征在于,所述加热隔板(3)沿炉区上下两面安装。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的微晶炉,其特征在于,在各炉区的安装有微晶玻璃承烧板(5)。
