一种用于机械行业中组合夹具的内腔定位装置，属于辅助机械加工的组合夹具装置结构的技术领域。 
背景技术：
本发明提供的内腔定位装置，在对零件的定位装夹过程中，与其它组合夹具配合，既具有槽系组合夹具可进行任意线性调节这一特点，同时也具备了孔系组合夹具所具有的销轴定位、刚性好、抗剪切力强、能承受较大冲击载荷的优势，且工件装卸方便，操作简单，生产效率高，成本低。 
发明内容：
一种用于机械行业中组合夹具的内腔定位装置，它包括弹簧(1)、滑块轴(2)、长头螺栓(3)、垫片(4)、锥形滑块(5)、内腔定位爪(6)、外壳(7)组成，其特征在于： 
所述外壳(7)为异形刚性体，其主体上有阶梯螺纹孔，侧方有均匀分布倾斜槽，底部法兰体上方有对称分布螺纹孔和定位孔，以便把内腔定位装置定位并固定在组合夹具上； 
所述长头螺栓(3)，当其向下方旋转时，锥形滑块(5)向下移动，推动内腔定位爪(6)在转动过程中压缩弹簧(1)，直到内腔定位爪(6)上的触头能够接触工件内腔并张紧； 
所述弹簧(1)，当长头螺栓(3)向上方旋转时，被压缩后的弹簧(1)弹起，顶起内腔定位爪(6)和锥形滑块(5)，内腔定位爪(6)触头缩进，使内腔定位装置与工件的内腔分离。

具体实施方式：
所述外壳(7)为异形刚性体，其主体上有阶梯螺纹孔，侧方有均匀分布倾斜槽，底部法兰体上方有对称分布螺纹孔和定位孔，以便把内腔定位装置定位并固定在组合夹具上； 
所述长头螺栓(3)，当其向下方旋转时，锥形滑块(5)向下移动，推动内腔定位爪(6)在转动过程中压缩弹簧(1)，直到内腔定位爪(6)上的触头能够接触工件内腔并张紧； 
所述弹簧(1)，当长头螺栓(3)向上方旋转时，被压缩后的弹簧(1)弹起，顶起内腔 定位爪(6)和锥形滑块(5)，内腔定位爪(6)触头缩进，使内腔定位装置与工件的内腔分离。

1.一种用于机械行业的内腔定位装置，它包括弹簧(1)、滑块轴(2)、长头螺栓(3)、垫片(4)、锥形滑块(5)、内腔定位爪(6)、外壳(7)组成，其特征在于： 
所述外壳(7)为异形刚性体，其主体上有阶梯螺纹孔，侧方有均匀分布倾斜槽，底部法兰体上方有对称分布螺纹孔和定位孔，以便把内腔定位装置定位并固定在组合夹具上；
