本实用新型涉及一种模具，尤其是涉及一种用于空调顶盖的无擦伤弯曲模具。
背景技术
最常见的板金制品折弯模具结构如图1所示，包括凸模a、凹模b和脱料板c，此种模具结构折弯时，因制品与凹模b是相对滑动摩擦，故在制品的折弯外侧面会有擦伤(R越小则擦伤越严重)。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种生产的产品质量高、适用范围广的用于空调顶盖的无擦伤弯曲模具。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种用于空调顶盖的无擦伤弯曲模具，其特征在于，包括折弯上冲头、翻动折弯板、下浮动脱料板、翻动板靠块和下固定板，所述的折弯上冲头通过制品分别与翻动折弯板、下浮动脱料板连接，所述的翻动折弯板与翻动板靠块连接，所述的翻动板靠块固定在下固定板上；
合模时，所述的折弯上冲头带动下浮动脱料板向下运动，制品带动翻动折弯板饶翻动板靠块的尖角点转动。
还包括分别与翻动折弯板连接的翻动板定位块和翻动板支撑块。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、生产的产品质量高，由于该模具成形过程中，制品与翻动折弯板的滑动极小，成形后制品表面无损伤、擦痕；
2、适用范围广，可常用于机壳、面板等外观有严格要求的制品，也可应用于诸如：折弯时避位多，折起直边太长，或折边根部有凸起等不能用一般折弯模具的制品，还可用于成形在R角或小于90度的制品。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例
如图2-3所示，一种用于空调顶盖的无擦伤弯曲模具，包括折弯上冲头1、翻动折弯板2、下浮动脱料板4、翻动板靠块6和下固定板7，所述的折弯上冲头1通过制品分别与翻动折弯板2、下浮动脱料板4连接，所述的翻动折弯板2与翻动板靠块6连接，所述的翻动板靠块6固定在下固定板7上，本实用新型还包括分别与翻动折弯板2连接的翻动板定位块3和翻动板支撑块5。
合模时，所述的折弯上冲头1带动下浮动脱料板4向下运动，制品带动翻动折弯板2饶翻动板靠块6的尖角点m转动，其中n为转动轴点，并且翻动折弯板2会在翻动板靠块6尖角处作相对滑动。
本实用新型的运动以转动为主要运动，与制品表面的相对滑动几乎没有，所以能达到很好的外观要求。

1.一种用于空调顶盖的无擦伤弯曲模具，其特征在于，包括折弯上冲头、翻动折弯板、下浮动脱料板、翻动板靠块和下固定板，所述的折弯上冲头通过制品分别与翻动折弯板、下浮动脱料板连接，所述的翻动折弯板与翻动板靠块连接，所述的翻动板靠块固定在下固定板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于空调顶盖的无擦伤弯曲模具，其特征在于，还包括分别与翻动折弯板连接的翻动板定位块和翻动板支撑块。
