本实用新型公开了一种碎纸机的加强结构,包括具有刀轴的刀轴组件和位于所述刀轴组件外侧的导纸包,所述刀轴的两端设于侧板上,所述刀轴上设有与所述导纸包连接的导纸片,其特征在于,所述导纸包的两侧分别设有将所述导纸包的外侧面包覆住的角铁,所述角铁的两端与所述侧板固定。由于角铁是通用型材,被各行各业广泛应用,其具有强度好、通用性好、成本低廉,且不用专门制造,易于采购等优点,通过将两条角铁固定于导纸包的两侧作为支撑体,刀轴撑开弯曲形变基本可以消除。

一种碎纸机的加强结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种碎纸机,尤其是一种碎纸机的加强结构。 
背景技术
现有的碎纸机刀具是由一对平行设置并且转动方向相反的两根圆筒形滚刀组成,圆筒形滚刀包括刀轴和套设于刀轴上的多个刀片,由刀片将通过的纸张切成条形或段形。在碎纸机的使用过程中,刀轴受力时容易撑开变形,致使刀轴上的刀片出现歪斜,刀片很难将纸张完全切断,降低碎纸机的碎纸效果和碎纸效率。 
为此,也已研制了多种加强结构,目前主要有以下三种:1.将传统的碎纸机的刀轴加粗,依靠刀轴自身的刚性防止撑开,然而这种碎纸机其刀轴粗、刀片大,并且要求马达功率大,齿轮系统强,造成成本高昂;2.将设置于圆筒形滚刀外侧的导纸包用钣金件包住,从而防止刀轴撑开,然而钣金件需要专门开模具,加工工艺复杂,成本高,通用性差且提供的支撑力度有限;3.将金属支撑柱插入塑胶制成的上、下盖,利用塑胶上、下盖和塑胶导纸包的自身刚度,防止刀轴撑开,然而塑胶提供的支撑力小,且碎纸时机壳抖动厉害,仅能适用于小型机。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种刚度强、成本低、通用性好的碎纸机加强结构。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种碎纸机的加强结构,包括具有刀轴的刀轴组件和位于所述刀轴组件外侧的导纸包,所述刀轴的两端设于侧板上,所述刀轴上设有与所述导纸包连接的导纸片,其特征在于,所述导纸包的两侧分别设有将所述导纸包的外侧面包覆住的角铁,所述角铁的两端与所述侧板固定。 
根据本实用新型的实施例,侧板与角铁的固定方式为,所述侧板上具有折边而形成的定位耳朵,所述定位耳朵紧贴于所述角铁的外表面并且固定。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:由于角铁是通用型材,被各行各业广泛应用,其具有强度好、通用性好、成本低廉,且不用专门制造,易于采购等优点,通过将两条角铁固定于导纸包的两侧作为支撑体,刀轴撑开弯曲形变基本可以消除。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。 
参见图1-图3,一种碎纸机的加强结构,包括刀轴组件1、位于刀轴组件1外侧的导纸包2,以及位于刀轴组件1两端的侧板3。 
刀轴组件1包括刀轴11、刀片12和刀环13,刀片12和刀环13相间隔地套设在刀轴11上,刀轴11的两端设于侧板3上。导纸包2包括上导纸包21和下导纸包22,上导纸包21具有入纸口23,下导纸包22具有出纸口24。上导纸包21和下导纸包22之间设有导纸片4,导纸片4套设于刀环13上,与刀环13呈圆柱面接触。 
导纸包2的左右两个外侧面各设有一个角铁5,角铁5将导纸包2的外侧面包覆住,并且两端与侧板3固定。侧板3为钣金件,在优选的实施例中,每一个侧板3上具有四个折边而形成的定位耳朵31。角铁5的两条边分别通过一个定位耳朵31固定,每一个定位耳朵31的倾斜角度与对应的角铁5的边倾斜的角度相同。由此,定位耳朵31紧贴角铁5的外表面,通过螺钉32将角铁5与定位耳朵31固定,从而角铁5与侧板3固定。 
当碎纸机工作时,刀环13在导纸片4的圆孔里转动,刀轴11受到朝两侧的弯曲力,刀环3将该力传导给导纸片4,导纸片4将力均匀地传递给与其相连的上导纸包21和下导纸包22。由于角铁5具有良好的刚性,其包覆住导纸包2的外侧面后,将提供反作用力,该力传导到刀轴11,从而可以防止刀轴11变形。 
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型的原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种碎纸机的加强结构,包括具有刀轴(11)的刀轴组件(1)和位于所述刀轴组件(1)外侧的导纸包(2),所述刀轴(11)的两端设于侧板(3)上,所述刀轴(11)上设有与所述导纸包(2)连接的导纸片(4),其特征在于,所述导纸包(2)的两侧分别设有将所述导纸包(2)的外侧面包覆住的角铁(5),所述角铁(5)的两端与所述侧板(3)固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的碎纸机的加强结构,其特征在于,所述侧板(3)上具有折边而形成的定位耳朵(31),所述定位耳朵(31)紧贴于所述角铁(5)的外表面并且固定。
