   V型混合机是较为通用的用于粉末、颗粒状物料混合的设备，它具有结构简单，容易操作，维护清洗方便，速度快，混合效果佳等特点，广泛运用于粉末冶金、制药、化工、食品、电子、陶瓷等行业，是一种理想的混合设备。然而，现有的V型混合机在混合过程中一些物料会气球、结块，产品精度难以保证，影响了混合均匀度。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构紧凑，操作简单，对流动性较好的粉末物料式颗粒状物料混合搅拌效果更均匀的V型混合机。 
本实用新型所述的一种V型混合机，包括：支架、V型混合桶，所述的V型混合桶由两个圆桶组成，两个圆桶的下端结合部位设有出料口，在一个圆桶上设有进料口，在V型混合桶的两侧设有连接轴，V型混合桶通过连接轴转动连接在支架上，在V型混合桶内设有搅匀挡板。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于： 
本实用新型在V型混合桶内设有一块挡板，该机在运行时，使混料桶内的物料随着旋转的混合桶做，合—分，分—合，不断上下翻动，从而达到物料混合搅拌的更加均匀。
