本实用新型属于中药加工设备领域，尤其是一种多调压阀式中药提取罐。
背景技术
目前我国中药有效成分的提取通常采用煎煮法，即在提取罐中加入中药成分和饮用水，然后通过加热媒质（通常为蒸汽加热或电加热）进行煎煮，通过设定压力和温度将中药有效成分溶于水中形成药液，在提取罐顶部中心穿装有调压阀，该调压阀口竖直向下且位于提取罐内。在煎煮过程中，大量中药的残渣细料在提取罐中在蒸腾作用下竖直向上漂移，这种细料通常为粉料或糊料，极易封堵住提取罐内顶部的调压阀口，由此造成提取罐内压升高，不仅使提取罐压力难以调控，更存在着较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术不足，提供一种生产安全且将中药残渣与水相有效分离的多调压阀式中药提取罐。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种多调压阀式中药提取罐，包括提取罐壳体、进料口、调压阀管路、及传热装置连接管，在提取罐壳体上安装有调压阀管路，在提取罐壳体侧壁上连通安装有进料口，在提取罐壳体底端安装有传热装置连接管，所述调压阀管路安装在提取罐上壳体的侧壁上，在提取罐内安装有与该调压阀管路相连通的调压阀，该调压阀阀口向内；在调压阀阀口两侧的提取罐内壁上分别对称水平固装一支架，该两支架端部之间固装一挡板，该挡板位于调压阀口的正前方且与调压阀口留有空隙。

1、本提取罐改变了调压阀阀口的位置，即将调压阀阀口从罐体顶部转移至罐体侧壁，并且在调压阀阀口前均通过支架安装有凹弧形挡板，由此避免了大量中药的残渣细料在提取罐中在蒸腾作用下竖直向上漂移而将调压阀口直接堵塞。
2、本提取罐在侧壁上均布安装了四个调压阀管路，不仅避免了单阀口压力较大不易控制的现象发生，而且由于四个调压阀的共同作用，使药渣不会单独受到罐体内某一侧吸引而产生较大偏移，辅助避免了堵塞调压阀口。

一种多调压阀式中药提取罐，包括提取罐壳体2、进料口1、调压阀管路4、罐内监视镜3及传热装置连接管5，在提取罐壳体侧壁上安装有罐内监视镜，在提取罐壳体上安装有调压阀管路，在提取罐壳体侧壁上连通安装有进料口，该进料口用于投入中药药料和饮用水，在提取罐壳体底端安装有传热装置连接管。
本实用新型的创新点是：
所述调压阀管路为四个且径向间隔均布安装在提取罐上壳体的侧壁上，在提取罐内安装有与该调压阀管路相连通的调压阀8，该调压阀阀口向内；在调压阀阀口两侧的提取罐内壁上分别对称水平固装一支架7，该两支架端部之间固装一挡板6，该挡板位于调压阀口的正前方且与调压阀口留有空隙，由此实现通过挡板将中药细末或糊状残渣封挡在挡板外，避免残渣直接冲入调压阀口而造成堵塞。
提取罐壳体底端的传热装置连接管的另一连接端与加热器（未示出）连通。

1.一种多调压阀式中药提取罐，包括提取罐壳体、进料口、调压阀管路、及传热装置连接管，在提取罐壳体上安装有调压阀管路，在提取罐壳体侧壁上连通安装有进料口，在提取罐壳体底端安装有传热装置连接管，其特征在于：所述调压阀管路安装在提取罐上壳体的侧壁上，在提取罐内安装有与该调压阀管路相连通的调压阀，该调压阀阀口向内；在调压阀阀口两侧的提取罐内壁上分别对称水平固装一支架，该两支架端部之间固装一挡板，该挡板位于调压阀口的正前方且与调压阀口留有空隙。
