建筑模板施工架体承载钢横杆件，计一种建筑模板施工中，构成模板连接、模板支架、模板脚手架、模板支撑系统中一种大量使用的横向受力杆件，特别设计一种新型承载架体系统中大量使用的横向受力杆件。包括杆体，杆体的截面为等腰梯形，在杆体的下底板上均布若干螺栓连接孔，在杆体的两个侧板上分别设置一排均布的大孔径工艺孔，在工艺孔之间设置螺栓连接孔，工艺孔的边缘向内折弯。杆体采用多孔标准距设置，利用自身的万能孔就可实现杆件相互之间或与其它构件之则的多方位、多角度螺栓连接要求，节省了大量的专用扣件，减少了连接数量和提高了连接质量。

本实用新型设计一种建筑模板施工中，构成模板连接、模板支架、模板脚手架、模板支撑系统中一种大量使用的横向受力杆件，特别设计一种新型承载架体系统中大量使用的横向受力杆件。
背景技术
现有建筑模板施工中，构成模板连接、模板支架、模板脚手架、模板支撑系统中一种大量使用的横向受力杆件，一般为标准普通单支钢管或类似型材，在使用中依靠专用扣件，仅能实现相互连接，这种横杆在模板支架、模板脚手架、模板支撑应用中用途有限，扣件连接可靠性低，拆装不易，不易多角度连接，这种单杆承载和组合整体承载稳定性差。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种建筑模板施工架体承载钢横杆件，目的在于克服现有的单杆扣件连接可靠性低，拆装不易，不易多角度连接，且承载和组合整体承载稳定性差。
本实用新型包括杆体，所述杆体的截面为等腰梯形，在所述杆体的下底板上均布若干螺栓连接孔，在所述杆体的两个侧板上分别设置一排均布的大孔径工艺孔，在所述工艺孔之间设置螺栓连接孔，所述工艺孔的边缘向内折弯。
本实用新型选用较薄低合金钢制造，截面采用单轴对称梯形截面设计，其针对受压梁式构件受力特征，在利用同等材料的情况下，设计梯形截面，加大载面高度，可以获得最大的抗弯截面模量，提高构件的抗弯强度；所述杆体采用多孔标准距设置，利用自身的万能孔就可实现杆件相互之间或与其它构件之则的多方位、多角度螺栓连接要求，节省了大量的专用扣件，减少了连接数量和提高了连接质量；大孔径工艺孔的边缘向内折弯，使得杆件的强度得到提升，杆体侧面大孔径强化工艺孔的冲裁，既不影响杆件的受力特征，同时又极大地轻化了杆件，大孔径工艺孔，可方便操作人员对杆件内部进行连接操作。
